Wonderful location and views. Delightful gardens, a good sized pool and large bedroom.
The quality of the food at both dinner and breakfast could be improved. There was quite a rowdy large group dining in the evening who sat in the courtyard meaning their noise carried into the bedrooms. This should have been stopped. Equally the same group had noisy young children who took over the swimming pool and were again very disruptive. Guest control important in a place which is, by nature, supposed to be relaxing for adults.

The location was stunning, we would stay again in good weather. The layout and style reminded me of La Bobadilla 50 km away which is very upmarket.
The idea of having the dog friendly rooms overlooking a large lawn was very good, and lovely walks nearby.
Sitting on the outside terrace for dinner with a stunning view was a memorable.
The beds in the dog friendly rooms was terrible, as bad as I have experienced working as a travel professional in 25 years

The location was out of this world. The views were extraordinary
We had a deluxe bungalow which was lovely and quiet with a beautiful view. The floor near the fireplace wasn’t clean and the bathroom was very tired and the shower flooded.
The staff however tried to do their best. We would definitely go back but not stay in the bungalow.
The pool area was bliss and the salad at lunchtime was excellent

lovely building and restaurant, very cosy log fires and good breakfast. good star-gazing on a clear night
location is off the beaten track. works as a getaway (Pool in summer, log fires in winter)- not for easy access to anywhere. didn’t get a good night’s sleep on account of poor mattress
