Clearly one of the best hotels in town, Kasa provides excellent housing & business needs for your trip. It costs a bit more, but it is worth the cost.

Great Customer Service. Everyone is very friendly and take there time with you. The only two persons that I had issues with was Laura and Carmen both are at the kitchen service they had really bad attitude like they don’t like there job. I’m sure there’s other people that would appreciate to have a job.

The rooms are not quiet as nice as the pictures.
The roof top serves a wonderful Sunday Buffet
It seemed the rest of the week all tables and chairs are stored away.
The daily buffet downstairs was very good>
The Location is perfect if you want to walk into Historical district.
The room was quiet. We slept well in a comfortable bed and pillows.
The AC didn't work but as soon as we asked at the desk 2 men were sent to correct that and was fine after that.
The front desk was always courtesous and very polite.
