Our loft room had two huge pillars which really got in the way, if you get this type of room ask to change. Amenities were very good, nice pool, hot tub, saunas, gym etc. breakfast was very good, had dinner at the restaurant which has lots of awards but our dishes were hit and miss. Fish was terribly overcooked and for top dollar I expected much better. Staff were ok but not overly helpful. Linens are ok but not great. Location is very central and convenient.

Our 4th visit to Aries, Zakopane. Amazing building, great location, fantastic breakfast and too many other things to mention. In summary we would never look to try and stay anywhere else in Zakopane as we love it at Aries!

Excellent location for seeing the town. Staff were very helpful and always friendly. Food was outstanding and the room and all facilities were well maintained and clean

I had high expectations before the stay and I have to say this hotel exceeded my hopes for a premium experience. The beds were very comfortable and the family chalet room we chose was perfect for our needs. We would definitely stay there again!
