Great position, a few steps from the city center. Staff was welcoming and super-gentle. Room was small but comfortable and clean.

The units and the common areas are very clean. The rooms and the bathrooms are large but Spartan. For a room this size, there is barely any furniture, no shelves, no hooks, and only two tiny hooks in the bathroom. However, the apartments are fully equipped with everything one needs to make a meal.
The breakfast area is small and is right next to the reception and guests drag their luggage right next to the tables; the breakfast offerings are more than adequate and varied.
The communications are poor: not one of my messages was ever answered, and the reception personnel was brash. The AC was not really functioning and when I complained, I was told that "this is not America".
The location of the hotel is very close to all the main attractions and the building has limited parking in the basement, a huge advantage.
