Overall: Incredible!!! Would stay again!
Pros:
Staff is absolutely phenomenal! They met us at 2am and carried HEAVY bags down over one hundred steps. They were very responsive over WhatsApp and prompt with cleaning and offered great suggestions/help throughout. They also carried all of our luggage back up the steps to meet our cab at the end of our stay.
The most beautiful view we’ve ever seen. We stayed at the bottom of the cliff meaning lots of stairs but and uninterrupted view of the Caldera.
Close to the Fira walking path and shops/restaurants.
The room was clean and comfortable with a nice patio to sit on overlooking the Caldera. AC, hot water, drinking water brought to your room, everything you need.
Cons:
LOTS of stairs, but that’s also just Santorini for you too. Definitely good cardio multiple times each day!
Pool is more of a small plunge pool but works well for cooling off when laying in the sun.
Found a roach in our room, not the end of the world and somewhat expected given the location, but still isn’t pleasant to find.
