I was told that I should be careful with my back bag while having my breakfast because someone could steal it. It has happened! The hotel is not that clean, the bathrooms are dirty and everyday room service is quite poor. The towels are so old that you can use them as a “file” to remove dead skin. There is no tissue. Toilet paper is very cheap. The hotel is only good for a night. I regret choosing it for 10 nights. I was quite disappointed with the hotel as Slavieiro is/was a good brand. Staff needs better training and also to understand how to properly deal with customers.

The Hotel is clean and decent for travelling on a budget. The buffet breakfast is very good with a nice selection of Brazilian savoury and sweet food. The location is convenient for people needing to go to the Oncologic Hospital but it’s not walking distance to anything else. Location is quite isolated from the city but it’s the only hotel in the area. Botanical Gardens are just a few minutes ride. There is no ironing board or machine in the room, and the sound insulation between rooms is not so good. The staff is very friendly. Many cyclists use it as a gathering stay for rides around Curitiba.

The reception were very unfriendly and not helpful at all. I suppose it didn't help that their English is poor. The cleaners were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was small selection and cold. Rooms modern with big bed. Toilet very weak flush. Hair dryer wouldn't blow a candle out. I wouldn't stay here again due to the staff and poor location.

FUI PERGUNTAR PORQUE ELE RESERVOU ESTE QUARTO SE NAO TENHO NECESSIDADES. ELE INFORMOU QUE ERA O UNICO QUE TINHA. POREM EU JA TINHA FEITO A RESERVA A 3 DIAS. UM ATENDIMENTO DO PIOR QUE JA VI. PESSIMO.

This is the first time that I've been stolen in a hotel, it makes me feel really outraged!!!

Bad air conditioning.
Too few TV channels.
Little bit noisy due to nearby highway and no sound proof windows.
Window sills made of thin sheet that make a terrible noise with rain drops.
No coffee making facility.

It's a new hotel, rooms are a little small but very clean and comfortable.
The price is excellent for the quality of the hotel.
I will definitely return to this hotel.
