This place is a gem! Beautiful settings and the room is huge. Definitely worth the price. I will go back in a heartbeat!

Great location, off the Main Street so it’s quieter but next to everything in town and only a 15 bike ride to the beach. We rented bikes next door which was convenient. The staff were super nice, the rooms were super clean and comfortable. Nothing else I’d need (other than breakfast, which would have been awesome) but you do have your own kitchen so it works out.

For the price it's ok. Very basic. If you come from the US it's well below the average standard, yet above average US hotels price. I stayed two nights in January. Even then the a/c is not strong enough to cool down even if it is on 24/7. Parking is convenient. Walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Far from the beach.

Clean beautiful rustic property. Very cute room! Comfortable bed and pillows. Short walk from downtown but just far enugh away for a peaceful sleep. Lots of great restaurants and shops nearby. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. The wifi wasn't working but we were able to install isim cards for internet connection.

I don’t normally leave negative reviews but this experience was the most frustrating experience I’ve had in quite a while. To start, when we checked in, we were told there was no wifi in the hotel and that there was no air conditioning. This is at odds with what amenities it shows the hotel having on the listing. If we had known that there would be no wifi or AC (in a tropical climate, mind you) we would NOT have booked the room. It was really late when we checked in so we had to wait until the next day. When we approached the concierge about the lack of amenities, he says the wifi is down everywhere in that location (which wasn’t true because we were able to get wifi at a place 1/2 a mile away). When we asked about the AC, he holds up a remote to turn on the unit in our room. What good is that going to do us to get ac if you’re keeping the remote to the ac in the room, behind the desk??? So we had to sleep in sweltering heat for a night because they didn’t want to give us the remote to one wall ac unit that looked incredibly old. The worst part is that, after checking out early, due to the lack of amenities advertised, they did not refund us for the 3 nights we didn’t stay so we ended up having to pay for 4 nights when we only stayed one. Awful customer service on top of it being incredibly loud and the room being outdated. Not worth the money AT ALL. Do not stay here, there are much better options nearby.

I stayed at this hotel with my sister. We ended up extending your stay longer then planned. We loved this hotel. It was clean and the beds were were comfortable. It was quiet at night so you will not have troubles sleeping here. Wifi, fans and aircon worked very well and they provide you with a safety box in the room to keep valuables. Very friendly staff and a security gard at the door all night long. The place is central and has free parking space just outside. We rented a scooter and had no issues with parking. If you rent a bike they allow you to keep it inside of the hotel premises over night which was great. The area feels safe and is lit up in the night. Very close to the main streets and you can easily get from there to the beaches and the hotel zone by driving. Hailing a cab from there should not be too hard either since it’s so central. I would highly recommend this hotel. If we come back to Tulum we would definitely stay here again.

It was ok. It’s old and a bit tired. The beds were comfortable, the a/c works and there is very friendly and helpful staff. But there were constructions working right next door and it’s not sound proof at all, so we never got to fully relax either on the room, the balcony or by the pool. The shower were also a bit hard to regulate. The location is good, both central and yet private! Lots of good breakfast and lunch options nearby, also a very good supermarked within walking distance!

Before arriving to Livetulum I had high expectations based on all the reviews I had read. Arriving there, this hotel did not meet my expectations. The hotel was not well kept. The pool was always dirty. The service at the front desk was not the greatest either. The hotel does have a beautiful setting but it is not well kept.

Property is beautifully maintained and secure. It is a block from the main roads, near 2 supermarkets and a plethora of restaurants and shops. There is a bus station to the beach a block away. Highly recommend and will surely be back.

Livetulum was a block away from the main avenue, but quiet. The place was clean and consisted of one room with a semi-separate space which included a sleeping couch, a small dining area, and a small kitchen. You can cook. They have free water downstairs to fill water bottles. The staff are extremely friendly and the price was great. I'd stay there again anyday.

The property location will catch you off guard because its located on a corner but doesnt seem like a hotel would be there. Its close to everything downtown. Great restaurants shopping , me and my hubby had a lovely time. The room with the swim up was really awesome.Cleaning crew very nice and staff nice and friendly. Although the late night gentleman didnt speak much english we still got what we needed. It gives you a homely vibes feeling that you want to stay a few extra nights.

Great spot to visit Tulum Pueblo. Perfect to rent a bike and Go to the beach also. Super clean and great staff A1. Quality/Price is AAA. Ask for 1st floor, It’s poolside ☀️

This place is so great! The room itself is really beautiful, clean, and a nice balcony to see the pool and surrounding area. The staff is also really nice and accommodating. The pool is so beautiful, clean, and refreshing. I stayed here for a week to work remote. The room has a great table to work from and the wifi was pretty reliable. It dropped out a few times but mostly late at night when I was done working. Only warning is that there is construction next door that probably won’t end for another year and from 10 to 5 there is sometimes constant jack hammering which is very loud especially if you are on conference calls. It’s located right next to the main strip of restaurants so you can easily walk to all of the restaurants. You can also easily rent a bike next door and bike to the beach. I was also traveling solo so safety was important. At 10 PM they close the main entrance so no one can get in without passing the Guard. It was also one block off the main road and well lit at night to walk back alone. Highly recommend this place!

Everything was very good, but the electricity generater made so much noice during the night, it was very frustrating. But everything else was very pleasant, clean and nice. The placement of the hotel was perfect too! I loved the little kitchen and the huge bed. Would definitely go again.

Such a cute place. Pool was excellent and it was very clean. Close to restaurants without it being in a loud area. Although there is construction happening right next door I didn’t hear any of it. Water wasn’t too warm in the shower but that’s about all the complaints I have .

this second stay at Livetulum wasn’t great. There’s no longer complimentary breakfast which is ridiculous at the this stage of vaccination. No free bikes to use, mini fridge didn’t work, staff was not friendly, neither were they mean. They were aloof. Disappointed since I very much enjoyed my Jan 2020 stay.

We loved our stay at LIVE the staff is amazing and so kind. The property is very clean, quiet and super cute. Great location to the city and a bike ride to the beach. The pool comes in very handy after a long day at the beach. We loved our stay so much we extended our trip another 3 days. We can’t wait to come back and will for sure stay at LIVE again.
