The property is old but clean, sea side, convenient walking, helpful staff. Breakfast is nice, good quality coffee machine.
The rooms feel small, the bathrooms are clean but small, you shouldn’t drink the tap water. But bottled water and a small refrigerator is provided.

Sylvia at the front desk was wonderful and extremely helpful. The bathrooms were a little small and the room felt damp at times. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Close to the ferry terminal and convenient to center city

Great location for seeing Heraklion
and catching bus to Knossos. We were there only for one night and were able to leave luggage for a few hours on check out. Breakfast was lovely with a nice variety.
