Check in was uneventful, but disappointing. We politely asked for an early (“even bagged”) breakfast (breakfast is included in the stay) before the 7 am weekend start, as we needed to be on the road before 7, and they were unable to accommodate our request. I’ve never had a hotel refuse to accommodate that request before, and it is a request request of mine, due to my work schedule and/or travel schedule. That was a rough way to start out overnight. Additionally, the noise level between the hallway, rooms and slamming doors, was very loud and extended deeply into the evening. The building could do a lot with adding more insulation in the walls.

We stayed here over the holidays to visit family close by. It was great to have our own space and the room was exactly what we needed. Clean, comfortable and quiet. We weren't at the hotel much during the day but overall found it to be a very enjoyable, peaceful stay.

I am a very observant person when it comes to the cleanliness of a place I’ll be staying in. Overall, the hotel room was very clean, except for the rug; I wished the rug would’ve been vacuumed. That’s pretty much all I can say. Overall a very comfortable stay!

This was the third or fourth time staying at this place. It’s convenient for us and I’ve never had a complaint. The staff is always super kind. This is the first time I came across insects inside the place. One was on the carpet in a hallway and another was in a bed. There was also an issue with checking into the room that was assigned to us. The person at the desk quickly rectified it. Just a very different experience for us this time.

This is our second time staying here and it was again very nice, clean, comfy, and convenient. Friendly tip, if you want donuts, skip the line at the place in Portland and go up the road from the hotel and support the small local shop.

Having a terrible experience! Check out late for 5 mins, the housekeeper guy just yelling to the customer!!!! I apology for check out late, but just 5mins, already told front desk, The housekeeper need to clam down!!!

I have a service dog who travels with me and works in the office: I greatly appreciate that she could accompany me in this stay. I also appreciate the staff and their responsiveness: the stay was memorable for my family who live in the area and visited.
