I guess I don't understand how the carpet clean a room and then have guests check in immediately afterwards. The carpets were soaked still, they were squishy. If you kept shoes on the debris and dirt on your shoes left dirty prints in bathroom and kitchen. If you took your shoes off your feet were wet. Bathrooms and kitchen floors became slippery. We ended up putting towels on the floor where we were gonna walk. Front desk told us they just got done cleaning carpets, sorry for the wet floors, I took that as to bad for your luck. Was not told at check in of situation . Also told that they left papers in the rooms explaining the wet carpets, couldn't find them but do suspect it was the piece of paper that was in the toilet. Pool is nice. Very disappointed for the price we paid. We are in area couple times a year and will find another hotel next time.

The state was quite excellent. The kitchen conditions of the room was nice. The people were friendly.

Bathroom floor could have used a good sweep and scrubbing. Mattress was older and was caved in so that each person rolled in toward the middle. The shower was one where you had to open the door and get wet trying to start the shower. Everything else was fine. Very friendly staff at the front desk.

A hotel should -- at the very minimum -- provide you a place where you can sleep. The room HVAC was so loud and malfunctioning I couldn't sleep. I ended up turning it off completely even though it was 15 degrees outside, but the fan would still come on every 10 minutes making a squeaky racket. Management was not understanding. On the plus side, the breakfast staff was kind.

It had everything in it. It was like a mini apartment. It was above clean. It was spotless and the desk checked several times on my needs.

The stay was very nice, my only issue was that the shower was a little worn as well as the toilet. They definitely need some refacing.

Loved our stay at Staybridge. Was disappointed in Hotels.com. We booked at $131 rate. We didn’t realize that the next night our rate jumped to $216. The website was misleading. Yes, it was in the fine print. But if there is a change in rate for additional nights, that should be made clear to the consumer.

Service and check in were great.
Room was good on first impression. Plumbing became an issue. The bathroom sink did not drain at all. The edges of the shower were pretty grimy and leaked when I took a shower. Bedskirt was dirty and not placed neatly.

My son enjoyed our stay at this hotel in our way through town for the Hall Of Fame. Staff was very friendly and helpful, great food was within walking distance as well as the game, and the room was nice and clean and spacious

We stayed for 2 weeks after a surgery. The hotel is an older building, but it's well kept. We had some loud neighbors above us one night, but after telling the lobby staff, they were quieted down. There was a faint smell in the bathroom (smelled like old pipes). However, the room itself was large, clean, and spacious.
Overall, the staff was so friendly and accommodating. Breakfast every morning was great. They have a "social" with light bites mon-wed nights that was welcomed.
It's a very nicely kept, older hotel, but fit perfectly what we needed to recover before flying home. Location is right near a lot of eateries and shopping in Canton. We would stay here again!

We have stayed here before. We hit up HoFames in Cleveland and Canton. We stay here due to location and size of room for our family. Unfortunately it is quick and dknt get much hotel time . The rooms is nice with cleanliness theoughout. The kitchen set up is great along with the fullsize frig. Love the tvs in eacj section of the rooms. Beds are very comfortable alkng with clean sheets. No real issues aside from bedroom doorways use a half double door, just acqward. The bathroom sink does not ha e a door if youneed to sneak on the middle of the night, toilet does but sink area open. Just a couple of tidbit issues, overall we have enjoyed our stay atthis hotel. Would do it again.

I loved my stay at Staybridge, the suite with the kitchen and living room area was perfect. I was very impressed with the breakfast, the gym, and how kind and accommodating the staff was.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here as we visited the nearby Gervasi Vineyard. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot breakfast. A shout out to staff for the prompt return of articles of clothing we left behind, these were shipped quickly to our home address after our stay......

Check in was supposed to be 3 pm. The room wasn’t ready until 6 pm. Our event wast at 7:30. She we rushed to get ready and no time to get dinner. Wasn’t my getaway plan. So I was disappointed.

Excellent stay. The front desk staff were extremely helpful recommending places to visit outside of the usual Canton destinations. The room was comfortable and not being charged for using the laundry room was a plus.

Overall everything was good. But the bathroom floor tiles were coming up along with the grout. Plus where our room was we could hear the front door opening and closing every time someone came in and out of the hotel.

Overall pretty well maintained! The breakfast wasn’t dietary-issue friendly but it isn’t anything I’d rate low on, just mention. The shower head looked like it needed cleaned but other than that no complaints. The staff was so friendly!!

We were happy w/everything except our trash /room .was not cleaned up for our whole three day stay, we had to go to desk to get clean towels, toilet paper, paper towels, and the cleaning ladies were right by our room! The trash had food in it and was starting to cause room to smell! The man at desk on Labor Day evening was awesome, and he took our trash for us…

I have stayed at many hotels over the last few years and I would rate Staybridge Suites, in Canton, OH, as one of the best!! The hotel is very clean and beautiful, the staff is very helpful and friendly, the rooms are extremely nice and roomy, with a refrigerator, microwave, sink, counterspace, etc.; the breakfast was outstanding.
I would highly recommend Staybridge Suites to anyone who wants a nice, reasonable place to stay.

Everything was fine- property, amenities, the room itself, surrounding convenient shopping and dining areas. One major misstep- had to wait an hour past check-in for a room to become available and we were on a time schedule. Unfortunate.
