Our stay was a one night stop. Bed was comfortable and clean room with nice view of lake. Glad we stayed.

Stay was great. Staff is so accommodating. This is our second time here and we are very pleased. Clean, well stocked.

Great location for our trip up north! Beautiful views of the lake, the lighthouse and the sunsets! Will be sure to book a second floor room on our next reservation. Quaint little hotel steps away from the beach in Ludington

The view if the lake was awesome. Rooms were very clean. Check in was easy. Bathroom was very small. Shower was not big enough for my husband, but the water was warm.

Beauty view from the balcony overlooking Sterns z park and lakefront. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Don’t expect a lot of frills but very clean and updated. I will come back again.

The room was extremely small. Perhaps 176 sq ft including the bathroom . As a result the shower was tiny. Too small for comfort for sure. I have stayed in cruise rooms that are larger. The hotel is situated conveniently, and was very clean, but too small for us to return.

Check in was great! Room view could not get any better. Great view of Lake Michigan.
The room was great except for the shower. It is very outdated and dingy.

The hot tub and pool were great but the rooms were outdated and small bathroom

I think they should still come in & check towels, shampoo & make the bed when you stay more than 1 night - some of us never get someone else to make our bed except for when we go away.

Right at the beach. Walking distance to town.
Pricey/overpriced.

Right across from beach with a lovely patio for sunset views of lake. Had the essential. Would definitely go back.

The outside is in dire need of paint

Great location to the pier and public beach. No frills and comfortable.

Great view, walkable to downtown.

We enjoyed our view from the private balcony looking out at the Ludington Pier Lighthouse and Lake Michigan beyond. It was interesting watching the fishing boats coming and going at the very large public boat launch. We could hear many fishermen comparing their catches of large silver King Salmon. The one distraction was that the boat launch was brightly lit all night so star gazing was not possible.

We had booked a standard queen, when we arrived they upgraded us to a deluxe queen. We got to the room and were shocked that it did not appear as depicted in the website photos. They obviously used a wide angle lens to shot the rooms.
The bathroom: I'm not a big person by any means but the shower I could barely bend over to wash my feet. No counter space for getting ready.
The room: felt like a dorm room. Just enough room to walk around the bed and room for 1 bag, we had to use the chair and desk for our other bag.
The patio was the best part of the room, even though it overlooked the boat launch parking lot. I bet the second floor offers a nicer view.
The pool has aggregate stone around it so wear some flip flops. Hot tub handle is loose.
Over all clean, it served it's purpose because we were up fishing for the weekend. Location was perfect for that.

Good location. Close to the beach.

Started with a grumpy desk clerk and got worse. Very nice location, shabby building. Pool was decent.
Room, cables hanging on the walls. TV was a joke. Tiny bathroom
Worst I have seen in many years

The staff woman who checked me in and out was excellent, friendly, she made our stay great!!

We liked its proximity to Lake Michigan. Screen door on patio kept falling off; windows sills were filthy; shower stall leaked all over the floor.

No breakfast, but we liked the room and the location

Nice and super clean, beautiful room with a nice balcony to view the water and sunsets. The hot tub and pool are clean, and the pool is heated. The mini kitchen is a bonus. It was nice to walk right out to the beach across the street. We've stayed here several times and always have a great experience.

I really wanted to live this property. The location & water views are outstanding.
I had 2 rooms during my stay. First room had spit on the faucet, filthy floors & mildew on shower floor boards. After 1 night I asked for a different room as I didn’t think mine had been cleaned.
I was given a Superior Suite with Queen & King bedrooms. Views from this room were outstanding, but this room was also dirty. Fan in bath hasn’t been cleaned in years, platter in microwave was not cleaned between guests, dirty bandaid in shower.
It’s really sad. This could/should be a gem. Would I stay again? If the price was right & I brought cleaning supplies & my own bedding.

I liked that it was right by the beach, the room was big but the bathroom and shower are small. overall I would stay again.

The room smelled like mold and the air conditioner was blowing out a smell. I have been having a problem with my asthma ever since.
There was no coffee in the morning.
The only good thing was the location

This is our go to when we stay in Ludington

We booked on Expedia and it was very convenient, near the lake and easy access. Room was small but clean.
We really didn't need something big just a place to sleep local as we were getting up early the next morning to go fishing. Walking distance to a local restaurants.

We had a comfy bed and a beautiful view from our balcony. The floors need more rugs due to slippery when you come in from the pool.

Great location with a lake view!

Great location, and the room was clean and nice. A little expensive for the accommodations. Billie at the check in desk, so nice and cheerful.
Pool area could be a little cleaner.

Location! No other hotel in Ludington can beat this location.

For the amount of money that we paid it really was not worth it the room was very small TV worked however. Air conditioner was so loud and rattled terrible I had to put a cloth in the vent to make it stop.
Very disappointed after reading the reviews

Love this place- stayed a few different times. Close to the lighthouse and the beautiful beach!

My rating is based on the fact that they gave the wrong room: queen instead of king. They should have paid enough attention not to do it.
The hotel itself is old, but renovated. The room was really small, but had a microwave, a small fridge a a coffee maker. First level rooms have a small patio outside, which was nice.
The location is great for the car ferry. There is also a beach nearby, 10 mins to the Ludington State Park.
There is no breakfast in the hotel and no staff on duty if you have issues after hours.

Rooms were dirty, floors especially. Trash in one room. Handicap room wasn’t very handicap friendly hand hold only in one side and shower wand wasn’t accessible for my wife.
4.0
Great location! The standard king room we stayed in was clean but cramped. Not decorated - not even a picture on the wall. The bathroom was very cramped and dated.

My family has stayed here several times and are always happy with the location, the outdoor spaces and ease of access to the beach. However, recent renovations were done with poor quality, laminate floors installed with no backing means each step is rewarded with the sound of popping from the laminate leaving the subfloor, a nightmare for a light sleeper. Public areas are in desperate need of updates. Coffee and creamer was left out all night, so plan to buy your own each day you stay. The manager is great, but the rest of the staff not so much. Too many teen relatives hanging around all day distract from the peacefulness of the outdoor spaces. We would stay here again but will shop other places before reserving again.

Great location
