Convenience to beach
It was fine. We felt the bathroom very small and room as well. But the location was great and time spent in room minimal

Close to the beach. Price was good.
No hot water the evening of the 12th and the morning of the 13th IN THE SHOWER! Had to take COLD showers. Didn't appreciate this.... reported to front desk when we checked out.
