Convenient location, clean, huge rooms, dog friendly, 24hr reception for anytime check in, & the Gentleman on the check in desk overnight was extremely friendly.
Exactly what we needed. Air con, parking, & lovely facilities. We were only staying the one night as we were on a road trip down through, so it provided exactly what we needed. Nice late check out time also so no need to rush in a morning

Everything was great except the pool doesn’t open till 12pm and check out is at 12pm and I like to swim first thing in the morning so that was disappointing that it isn’t in the property description- not that I saw at least.
The reception staff lovely, only thing I didn’t like was the way I was treated after a receptionist accidentally informed me the dog could go to the pool side. The attendant at the pool chased me and made a scene in front of other people and then hearded me like cattle away- I was very embarrassed. When I approached the manager ( Director) he really just didn’t care. So that experience wasn’t so nice either.
