We were disappointed with Housekeeping. The shampoo/soap dispenser in the shower cubicle was empty when we arrived, so we had to use our own Also, the lights above the mirror in the bathroom didn't work. This can only be attributed to lack of effort by cleaner/supervisor Everything else was basic, but OK.

My French was not the best, but the staff was very understanding and worked with me to answer all my questions. It can be easy to get lost in the city since the location is inside a building complex, but you’ll figure it out soon.

We stayed for one night before heading to the airport. Just my daughter and I. The room was comfortable and clean. Bathroom was good size. Kitchenette is purposeful but very small so don’t bank on ot to cook a gourmet meal! The location is beautiful and access to everything is easy.

Great location and serviceminded and friendly staff. The children really appreciated the gifts they had when we arrived. On the domnside was no dishmachine and poor ventilation in the room.

Very nice hotel except for 2 items:
1) the breakfast was very chaotic - too man people for too few desks
2) they promote having the fastest Wi-Fi ever but it did not work at all in the room and very poorly in the lobby.

East check in, lovely spacious room with huge areas to spread out as a family. Really close to the city centre. Would recommend highly

And no fan in room so we had to leave windows open and very noisy outside

Good location, nice building. Reims is a very nice city. It was a pity that the breakfast on offer was so expensive; although it did mean that we discovered one of the lovely bakeries in the town!

Ideally located to be in the heart of Reims. The studio for 2 persons is very small but you have everything you need if you don't want to eat outside. It was clean, not spotless but clean.

God location, well cleaned and friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast is also good and the mesurement they installed due to Covid-19 worked very well.

This is an awesome find! Walking distance to everything, quiet, cute. It’s small, but it had everything that we needed and the people were great. I would definitely stay again.

The room was not very well maintained. The toilet paper dispenser had been ripped off the wall at some point and had been left on the shelf of the sink. The air conditioning didn’t function so we had to open the windows to let cold night air in.

It was a clean hotel, and well located but difficult to find. It needs a better sign outside as the entrance is located in an inside courtyard. Also, I did not expect to have to climb stairs to go to bed and have to descend at night to go to the bathroom;the photo on the advertisement is misleading. Parking is not available but there is a public parking quite near for only 4 euros the 24 hours.

It was a warm day and the room had no air conditioning so it was hard to sleep since it was warm.

The property was a bit difficult to spot, but street parking was very easy (in September), and the stafff was extremely friendly. Also, it was easy walking distance to caves and downtown.

Great stay, very modern and comfortable rooms, wonderful location, very walkable all over Reims and parking was very accessible

Very convenient to the city center, and clean. We had a nice deck where we could have simple dinners and snacks. Very friendly staff and nice breakfasts

Convenient to Reims center, cathedral. Nice kitchenette, on site pizza room service. Couldn’t connect HDMI to TV to stream content.

It was very hot and there was no air conditioning. They did offer us a fan though.

The studio is very tiny and nothing like the pictures. Location is not easy to find. It's more like a hostel !
