Check in was easy, and every employee we encountered was great . I stayed there two different times while in Lima, and I enjoyed both of them. I would stay there again without question.

Our stay was wonderful. The front desk and bellman we so very helpful. We do not speak Spanish and they helped translate to taxi drivers for us and front desk called for taxi right away. It was a wonderful stay. Thank you

I so appreciated arriving after midnight and checking in and going immediately to my room. I very much enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I enjoyed my stay. I appreciated the upgrade and friendly service. Restaurant was not impressive. Breakfast was not great. Building is a bit outdated but working well with exception to a few maintenance issues in the room. Great location! Nice spa/jacuzzi and very friendly staff. I would definitely return.

Location A1 walking distance to shopping mall,across de street to fancy icecream Italian place and pharmacy drugstore and coffee place not that you need it cause the paprika restaurant in the hotel makes very delicious Peruvian dishes. The breakfast buffet is amazing and it’s included . Totally coming back. I traveled alone I am 54 yrs old and they treated me like family during the holidays. The rooftop with life music the jacuzzi and saunas that never get crowded cause you get to schedule your visits, overall one of the best hotels I have been to

This property is in the safe neighbourhood and close to historic places. The buffet breakfast was delicious with lot of options for vegetarians as well. Only caveat we had was the AC wasn’t functional on the first night and rest assured they did allow late check in.

The a/c in my room wasnt working, the technitian had to replace a valve and got it fixed. No big deal.
My only problem and discomfort was the variable temperature when taking a shower. The building has a water pressure problem so the temperature of the water goes from warm, to cold, to really hot.
Good breakfast, nice staff, perfect location, steam and sauna, pool, rooftop bar, all great.

The location was in an area where there was access via walking or taxis to many different restaurants, malls and local fare. The breakfast buffet was average, for such a nice facility. But otherwise a lovely stay.

the room had a weird smell, like it had been smoked in. The toilet seat was loose and broke. The breakfast buffet was pretty average for an upscale Lima hotel. All in all, the place looked a bit tired, even though I believe they renovated it recently.

Aaron and Juan were amazing with our check in, everything was smooth and added a few perks. Great hotel, with a really good Restaurant - Paprika. The breakfast was also really good and with vegan and veggie options. Denis at the bar made amazing Pisco Sours! Staff was always happy and available to help with any questions we had.

The water in the shower was inconsistent. Coffee could /should have been replaced daily.
Wash cloth and hand towel wasn’t replaced after first day
But definitely will be a placed to return to.
