The hotel has the opportunity to be great as there is major refurbishment going on at present.
Rooms were great and clean and tidy with a great bathroom but no team or coffee making facilities.
Additionally lift was out of order and no reception in building as co- sharing with hotel down road at present.( due to refurbishment)
However staff were excellent and could not do enough for you. This certainly off shot the issues at present.
Will stay again as I am sure in the end it will be a great facility.
Good luck with the completion of the refurbishment.

nice & clean room with balcony ...only issue its along the road and quite be quite noisy if the balcony doors are open...aside that everything is good for the price paid.

I visited this hotel a couple of times before and always go back there. The staff is friendly and helpful and the burgers in the hotel restaurant are the best in the world. Will definitely go back there every time I go to Duisburg. Having been there for the past 6 times I feel like I am part of the family.
