The thermostat did not work in the room. It literally ranged from 50 degrees to 74. Neither toilet worked properly. You had to flush it 3-4 times after every use. I would not stay there again

The rooms are wonderful, soaciuos and very clean, I just think the pillows are not so comfortable. Everything else was very good.

The room was beautiful and super tidy. The only single thing that we noticed was a nail clipping on the pull out part of the couch which isn't a huge deal, just slightly off-putting to see 😅

It was very disappointing to spend the night at a high star rated hotel and have the room look like it was cleaned in less than 5 minutes.
The shower still had hairs and residue from the previous guest. The kitchen area had not been sanitized(we could tell because there was empty bottles of water and paper towels lying around).
I hope this was just an issue in our room and not in every other room. I had stayed in this franchise before and had not experienced this. Hopefully this was a one time thing.

Hotel is relatively new, but it does not look like they are taking care of it. Woke up with bites on legs, although it did not appear to have bed bugs.

My over all experience was a great one. My room was excellent. They only things I didn’t care for were the water pressure for the shower an toilet. And although I do appreciate that there is free breakfast and dinner I did not care for the food. Need more vegetarian options. Other than these things my stay was great. I would stay here again in the future.

The MGR has kept in touch with me over our situation but I rely on review sites to make my decisions and NOBODY should assume your sheets or blankets are without issues. Check them in the lights before you bed down!!

The property is brand new, the amenities are wonderful... however, we found it very saddening that the bathroom area needed a bit of more care, suggestion to the hotel to take care of it because it is an excellent option

Too much furniture in the room. It had 2 desks. Our toilet didn't work so we had to change rooms

I guarantee I was using shampoo, however, my hair felt like I didn't wash it at all. We had stayed at a hotel in San Antonio earlier in the week, and I didn't have his issue. My husband said it was the hotel water. I don't know if they can do anything to address this issue, as it is McAllen city water.

Very clean. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious. I would definitely recommend.
