This is a great location and great property. We loved all the natural pools and quick access to the ocean. There are ladders that lead down to the ocean for swimming. The poolside service was great. Very friendly staff. The hotel rooms were very high-end. Large living space And good sized bedroom. Everything was high end.

From the moment we got there, there was no air conditioning at reception. We also spend the night with no air-conditioning. I am being woken up to construction at 6:30 in the morning just an awful experience the staff was amazing. The facility was clean, but we will never ever in this lifetime or the next travel there.Jg new jersey

Beautiful property. No sandy beach but they make the pool area look like one.
Con: The property gets used plenty via Day Passes where you pay for using the property and have a minimum spend on drinks/food. These guests have the attention of the waitstaff near the pools. The people who are staying at the resort do not get the attention of the wait staff. This apparently is policy

Tracadero is beautiful, good attention from the first day to the last day. The restaurant has delicious dishes to delight its beaches and pool are spectacular. I am already planning my next vacation at this wonderful Tracadero Beach hotel

The staff are not properly trained. The property air conditioner were not working. For the second time, they didn’t give me the room I paid for. They are very unresponsible. I will never stay here again. The place is beautiful but need all these improvements.

Tracadero is a rare and amazing experience
Food , service music and vibe - views and pools - not sure what to say except go there and enjoy. If you love to swim in the sea then not perfect but if you love to be at th sea and enjoy the best of the best and prefer pools this is THE place 👍🙏

staff and food execelant-3br for 700/night ridiculous, no TV in any of 3 tiny arms w/ sj\hitty small kids beds-no dining room table or even end table in. useless lr-eat outside? no thanks, under air pls-just a total joke, no tv work, no one front desk?? crap2 1/2 star mAX!!

Truly spectacular gardens grounds and pools. Probably the best of any hotel. Really relaxing. Hotel was quiet. We stayed in an apartment which was large clean and modern. Shower and barhroom was excellent great water pressure. Food and drink prices on site were reasonable compared to outside and quality and atmosphere and service far superior. Outside hotel felt like i was constantly being on my guard not to be ripped off.
So a few minor gripes. The room was rather unfurnished for such a large apartment. Only a bed sofa and coffee table. Some random kitchen stuff so coffee making facilities but no milk 2 spoons 4 forks no knives and no plates why ? Only got 1 small piece of soap for the 4 days we were there. Beach towels where supplied on arrival but where removed when used but not replaced. So really minor stuff to make place more professional.
Amazing pools 8 in all with amazing views but not really serious swimming pools mainly sitting and watching the scenery type infinity pools.

The hotel itself is amazing and best property in Bayahibe and Dominicus. Spacious clean apartments with living room, terrace and balcony, very quiet, good restaurant, lots of seafront space and amazing service! The owner is Italian so you can really feel the good taste and detail in everything! The area around is still being developed but you don’t really need to go anywhere from the hotel which is massive unless you plan excursions etc.

Nice, tidy suites. The food was pretty darn good, as was the service. It’s a bit of an oasis next to a strip of gift shops. We were busy most of the trip, but it was a comfortable place to stay, and I would stay there again.

The property was too expensive for non exclusive and not in line with the competitors. The amenities included did not match up to the price. I was definitely ropped and swindle from 450 a night

My stay was absolutely wonderful, the pictures on site do the place no justice as it truly is breathtaking. Food we had at the hotel was great - staff was very accommodating. It’s a very romantic like setting so for a couple looking to relax and spend time, i think this is the perfect place. The locals in the town were all very nice as well; there’s a restaurant with authentic Dominican food by a ranch with amazing food, for a really great price. Would definitely visit this resort with my S/O!

The only constraint is the fact that there is no direct access to the beach but the sea water swimming pool are enough.

Brought the whole family to DR to relax. We booked this resort due to all of the pools and the the fact that they had sandy pools. We arrived without incident and check-in went ok but did take a bit of time. We were expecting more from our room and the AC only works in the bedrooms. The biggest issue that we had however was that the pools were filled with crabs. I was told by my boys that all of the pools had crabs in them. They took pictures to prove it. We were advised by management that they would remedy the issue but even the non salt pools had crabs in them. The boys went back into the pool the next morning and again had crabs in the pool. We decided to leave and i was told by management they could not refund me my money. I called hotels.com with no luck. I can honestly say that i have never been so upset about a stay in my life. We go all around the world and stay at many different hotels. If you have kids, i definitely advise against this hotel.
