The only problem we had is we had to wait until just after 4 to have a room ready. Food was very good. We could hear a lot of sounds from the roads.

Check in was smooth and fast. Just be aware the onsite bar and restaurant is closed on Sundays, which was a bit disappointing. However, there are plenty of restaurants and bars near by. Its a safe location and worth the extra few dollars to be in a hotel where there is little to no rifraf and proximity to the interstate and shopping and restaurants.

Everyone who works here was SUPER nice and accommodating. This is one of the more affordable options in this block of hotels in Murfreesboro... Totally worth it. I didn't have a chance to visit the fitness center but it looked fantastic.

The 3-11 front desk associate and the bartender were wonderful! The room was comfortable and the property was nice. The AM front desk associate was not concerned at all about the hairy bath towel that was folded up as clean in our room. She pulled the hair off the towel and told me to have a nice day. There was no apology nor was i offered a clean towel. That was dissapointing.

On our way back from 2 week vacation and found this hotel to spend the night. Room was clean and comfortable and we appreciated the restaurant being available for dinner so we did not have to go back out after checking in.

The receptionist was the most unfriendly person at a front desk we have ever experienced. Shower head was ridiculous and we could not even get a rainwater flow from it. No bar of soap in the room whatsoever - again stupid and ridiculous. Body soap bottle empty. Bed was too hard. Big disappointment for such a new hotel.

Steve , in the bar, was a wonderful reception, although we arrived just before last call. Steve offered us cold beverages and something to snack on after our day on the road. He also gave us recommendations based upon the questions we had regarding Jack Daniel’s tour, the uncle nearest tour as well as the best local pho! We enjoyed visiting with Steve and look forward to seeing him on our next visit to the Nashville area.

We found a bed bug in one of our beds in the middle of the night. We left at 2:00 in the morning and had to drive to a different hotel in a different town an hour away and pay for another hotel reservation for the same night. I told the front desk person on duty in the middle of the night. She noted the issue and gave me her managers number. I called the manger the next day as well as contacting customer service at Hotels.com. I have gotten absolutely no resolution to the situation from the hotel or Hotels.com.

We were just here for a quick overnight so didn’t get to check out much regarding the hotel. Room was clean and fully stocked. Front desk attendant wasn’t very friendly when checking in. But would stay here again.

The bed was rock hard and noisy. My shoulder, hip and ankle ached within minutes due to lack of cushioning. I honestly think the floor would have been equally comfortable. The mattress itself was loud. Every time my spouse or I moved at all we heard a pleather on pleather type of squeak. Neither of us got more than 3 hours of sleep as we woke every time one of us moved. I woke sore and more tired than when I laid down despite allowing time for a full 8 hours of sleep. Will not stay here again.

And best of all, the coffee stations in each room were stocked with more than just sugar and sweet-n-low (something that seems to be a problem with 99% of the hotels like Holiday Inn). Thanks for including Equal aspartame as well!

Check in was 3. We planned our road trip around this check in time. Arrived and waited 35 min past check in for our room and the cleaners were still in the room when we got to it. Oddly enough, our city of germantown, TN was under a no use of water rule bc of a diesel contamination, so we were hoping to shower before the concert we came to attend. Very unhappy 👎

The best part: The employees both overnight and morning hands down gave the best customer service i have had at a hotel in years. Thank you all for going above and beyond. Awesome shower pressure and temp. The breakfast was really good with lots of options. Not my favorite parts: The bed was extremely firm and i prefer a softer mattress (not a complaint). The room smelled like someone had recently smoked in it. They offered to switch our room but i wanted the jacuzzi so we kept it. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Outside the hotel was clean, the lobby was nice and neat and the snack selection was nice. I liked seeing that the hotel was business friendly with two monitors and a printer and copy. Most importantly, the room and bathroom were clean and the beds were comfy for an important restful sleep.
