Great hotel that’s conveniently located for the motorway. Secure parking. The rooms are comfortable and well laid out. Breakfast was plentiful and just what we needed. The only reason for 4 stars rather than 5 is the cleaning that started before 0730 with vacuum going right outside our room,

short trip, no use of the spa so cannot comment but room very clean and comfortable (bed+matress).
Nice breakfast buffet.
Staff very friendly.
