Stayed here for 5 nights, got an upgrade to a suite on check in. Staff were friendly and helpful at all times. Breakfast was plentiful and lots to choose from.

Location of this hotel was excellent. In the heart of downtown, steps from the Superdome and the express bus to the airport. Lots of restaurants nearby, within walking distance of the streetcars and the French Quarter. Wifi was fast and reliable. Our room was spacious with tons of storage and immaculately clean. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful and stored our luggage when we arrived early morning until our room was ready. Breakfast area was well stocked (including bacon every morning!). The only thing my kids wished was that there was a pancake or waffle maker to enjoy them fresh instead of having them premade.

Room was very nice and great view on 17th floor. Breakfast dining great. Exemplary service there. Omelette bar very nice.

The hotel was close to downtown. It was clean. I was confused the reception desk was not on the first floor, but on the 11th floor. The hotel has a good intercontinental breakfast, there are a lot of options. The room was a good size, clean and beds were comfortable.

The rooms and location of the hotel is great, unfortunately the beds are very uncomfortable. The breakfast is very tasty, there is a large selection of foods to choose from.

A great hotel about 10/15 mins walk from the main streets. We felt it was a really safe area with good transport links. Bus stop to airport was 5 min walk away. You enter at street level and use an elevator to go to 11th floor where reception is. Great breakfast each morning, did get a little busy at weekend. Room was large, clean and provided everything we needed.

Having stayed at another Hyatt House (in Washington), the NOLA Hyatt lived up to expectation. We experienced no real issues, except for some inconvenience related to repairs to elevator area flooring. The staff were very accommodating in this regard.

The hotel was nice. I got lost a few times because I didn’t know there were two hotels connected together. We had to pay $30 for parking for the garage and I didn’t know about that. Overall it was a nice hotel.

Awesome view of the city! Welcoming staff. Not too many restaurants (a few but not many) Canal St. about a 15 minute walk. Comfy bed, nice shower (Hot water) Yesss I would stay here again.
