Amazing old style hotel with views from some of the rooms of the Niagara River. We had an a amazing kind room with views of the river, a/c, tv and a fireplace. Excellent breakfast and they have a bar open in the evenings to get drinks. A short walk from hotel to the river walk.

We were very pleased with the room. Very large and they met are necessary requirements wonderfully plus there were a few extras that we did not expect. The BF buffet was amazing. The unique setting of the hotel was wonderful and the quaint town of Lewiston was a ver nice surprise. Housekeeping could be better (cobwebs under ottomen). Parking is included but very sparse for people with mobility issues. Great Value.

Nice little hotel in a small town near Niagara Falls. Staff was great, room very large and comfortable. We were put off by the $10 a day “destination fee” which also disguises itself as a resort fee, or occupancy fee at other places. Very annoying after you have pre-paid. We were there for the eclipse and a few of the better restaurants were not open for the season yet. We mainly ate bar food which was pretty decent.

Perfect location to avoid the crowds of Niagara Falls. They have a free shuttle that takes you to the center of town, right by the falls. Very convenient. The staff is friendly. The rooms are large, about double the size of a regular big chain room. The bathrooms could use a deep cleaning but the rest of the rooms and areas are clean.

A beautiful hotel, right on the river. Great breakfast. Spacious, comfortable, clean rooms. Very interesting historic neighborhood, easy walk to good restaurants. Loved the barbecue place A great place to stay. My only tiny complaint is to have softer toilet paper!

Wonderful staff, spacious room, excellent breakfast (perfectly cooked bacon!), good tea, and competitive pricing.

One night stay after a casino concert. Great overall experience. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was satisfying. Only issues were it seemed a little loud.. lots of underlying noises.

Can hear the people up stairs making so much noise.

Watch out for the resort fee, it’s not a Vegas Hotel or Disney Hotel - but it is an older Niagara Hotel, where we are

The room was not clean and hasn't been renovated in decades. The washroom was dingy and dirty and the walls were patched and not painted.
Sheets were scratchy and I woke up with bites. The heat barely worked and the walls were very thin. We could hear everything that was going on above us and outside of our room on our floor.

Room 414 & 415
Huge rooms with king beds
The rooms are big and beautiful. They are very well maintained, clean, and odour free.
Mattresses are a bit firm and pillows were a bit soft, but we got a lot of pillows. I asked for extra and there were 7 in total for our king bed.
Huge Bathrooms w large showers Pristine cleanliness. No concerns.
Shower head is very high making it good for very tall people.
The breakfast was nice, consisting of sausage (pork?) , scrambled eggs, homefries, bagels, muffins and danishes. There are cereals, yogurts, fruit, juices, coffee/tea, waffle station and more.
Service was exceptional. We arrived early and asked about early check in since we were there. The lady was very nice and friendly about it, and we had a lovely conversation.
The morning staff were also very nice snd helpful, including breakfast staff.
The hotel is a beautiful spot to stay. Very attractive, clean, well decorated, and amazing location overlooking niagara river.
Parking is free but not a lot of spots availsble. Street parking was our option

Our stay was just overnight but the room was clean and bed was comfy. It was close to the Main Street where all of the shops are. Breakfast at the hotel was very good too. Will definitely come again.

Staff was very kind and accommodating. The room its self was a little disappointing. The room was large but was very out dated. The tub was dirty, the shower was also dirty there was old hair on the walls and floor. The room throughout the night was freezing even with the heat and fireplace on full blast, when I woke up in the morning I looked out the window and then was able to figure out why it was so cold. The window lock was broken and the window would not stay shut. So there was a crack with a draft no matter what. Which I also find a little unsafe as the room is on the 1st floor and someone can easily come in through that window if they wanted. I was thankfully with my husband, but you never know now a days. But other than that it was a nice little get away for the night. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Again the staff was very kind and inviting. Just wish the room was a little more safer and cleaner.

Pros and Cons of The Niagara Crossings Hotel & Spa
Pro: Great staff and very friendly and accommodating when checking in.
Con: Leaned heavily on the system and Customer human error as to why they could not accommodate us.
Situation: We were informed that despite booking two rooms at the same time, they didn’t know to keep them side by side or at least in the same floor since there was no note provided when we booked. We were separated by a floor. On top of that the room on the second floor was only accessible by crossing through the NYE party since it separated the elevators and our wing.
Pro: We were informed of the NYE party happening that night and the noise policy would be extended to 1am and that we were welcome to enjoy ourselves throughout the building with no concerns.
Con: Clearly that only applied to the party goers.
Situation: Once being informed of this we were told that not only was it okay to walk through the party when needed to access our room, we were also told that we could enjoy ourselves anywhere else through the building with no issues regarding noise. Well, once one of our kids, a young responsible teen, walk through and did a little dance while doing so, warranted a complaint, and that resulted in us not being allowed to us the elevators and to use the back stairs to access our wing.
The hypocrisy wasn’t appreciated and it almost ruined our stay. Thankfully we had plans of our own for the night but didn’t feel respected as guests.

Pros: Friendly staff, easy check-in, beautiful room, comfortable bed, breakfast included.
Cons: The only downside is a $10 fee was charged to my credit card. When I called, I was told it was an added "check-in fee"

They could really use new mattresses. They were not comfortable. Also I could hear my upstairs neighbors very clearly whenever they were walking around or watching TV. The parking situation was also pretty poor. That being said, for the price I paid it was decent

This is a gem of a hotel in the charming town of Lewiston! Our room was spacious and comfortable, and within walking distance of some great restaurant options. The breakfast was varied and well-prepared. Nothing to complain about here! Highly recommend this hotel.

Was quite in the hotel, likely due to still being off-season, I think the Christmas season will kick in next week. Staff are very nice and helpful, breakfast is continental style, I think last time we stayed there (2019) there was hot food for breakfast also, but maybe covid saw the end of that. Anyway we enjoyed our mini break there & would return.

Nice area to walk around, close to shops and restaurants. Was surprised not to receive any toiletries at a Spa Hotel. Room and hallways need some TLC. Staff were wonderful and breakfast was plentiful.

It’s beautiful places. The services excellent.
The parking lot must have sufficient lighting, it is very little.

The concierge was excellent. My family and I felt so welcome. I loved my stay at this hotel. The location and its surroundings were beautiful. The only negative was that there was a blood stained sheet on one of the beds which we think was an oversight. But again, we loved our stay there.

Hard to sleep with super loud people on our floor til 3 am. No facilities to work out, no dining or bar. Very limited toiletries and soap. Remotes for fireplace& heat barely work. They allow dogs ( nice!). Breakfast was ok. It was a convenient place to stay, nothing more.

We enjoyed the stay very much. The hotel room was spacious. Great view of the river. The hotel building was older but was kept clean. Easy parking on street in front of the hotel.
