It is a great location. Well organized. But hardly anyone speaks English. Also, the rooms are not too clean. The floor was sticky. Rooms are not sound isolated well from the inside of the building—lots of noise and hard to sleep.

A short stay at Ibis hotel was quick check in an check out. You could tell it was a clean environment as soon as you walk in. The room only had two electrical outlets, the one in the bathroom and the one in the main area.

Very friendly staff, the entrance of hotel is a little hard to find at the beginning but once you know the route is easy. Not likely to walk around the hotel you must use a car if you want to go somewhere, the surrounding area is very dark at night.

Great location, just a 6 minute walk form the bus station . Simple rooms with trendy décor that makes the room pleasant. Nice bathroom too! The beds at IBIS hotels are always very comfortable and I get quality sleep every time! The breakfast is decent for the price and better than some other Ibis hotels. Reception area is trendy and has a buzz to it. Its too bad the staff tend to be a bit arrogant... that spoils it a bit but still highly reccomended!

Everything about this hotel was great! I arrived late and the manager looked out for me to make sure I could order a meal from the restaurant before it closed and then he arranged to have it delivered to my room. All of the staff were absolutely great —going above and beyond. I was traveling solo by bus and the location was perfect for meeting my friends and traveling to Bernal and then Guanajuato. Everything about this hotel was excellent and outstanding. Thanks for the great hospitality!

Conveniently located in the center - south of Queretaro near the arches, this hotel is a good value for money option. Room is just the perfect size to have a good night sleep, take a shower and hit the road. Staff is efficient and friendly, and there is a coffee bar at the lobby. Free parking is very convenient.

Very Unhappy with our experience. we reserved two rooms and management was unfriendly about accepting changes. we of course respect policies, but under no circumstance will we return to a hotel that does not help us make changes. they basically told us they did not appreciate our business and did not care if we returned or not.

Overall a good experience. Good service from every employee. Rooms are nothing special, just functional and that’s ok for the price and for the needs of a short business trips. Just bring your own shampoo with you, as your provided only with liquid soap for your shower.

Overall the hotel is very located on a great area (walking distance to Corregidora stadium) and <5 mins from a plaza were restaurants and bars are located. the service was amazing, the breakfast was very good overall.. my only concern was that the A/C unit was too powerful for the size of the room and could not keep a pleasant temperature through the night since it was either way too cold or hot and could not sleep well. the room was very basic and is to just sleep, TV screen was 32" and overall you have a great service but very basic commodities on the room, which is fair due to cost.
