The hotel is beautiful, clean & well maintained. It would be a great place for gatheings such as weddings or family reunions. There are places to gather in addition to the rooms.

Eventhough we booked through Expedia, a warning about the train horns, and noise at wee hours of the night would help with planning to choose this hotel, coupled with paper thin walls.
Breakfast was pretty good. Room size, and double sinks were good.

Was in town for my son's graduation with my 80 year old father with mobility issues. I reserved and ADA room and there ended up being some maintenance that needed to be done before we arrived. Wendy at Jackson Park Inn reached out to me proactively before we arrived and worked and corresponded with me several times to make sure they had a solution that worked for his mobility issues. I was very grateful for her. The staff was amazing. I would definitely recommend this hotel!!
