Check in after long day of travel took 1/2 hour - terrible but that’s Mexico
AC kept failing and 2nd night I had to wait two hours for service guy. Called front desk and asked to borrow a ladder to fix it myself and somebody showed up

The hotel is next to a shopping center but there is not much else around. Breakfast is rather expensive as the cappuccinos or espressos are not included (except Sundays when it's even more expensive).
Rooms are big and comfy, shower could have a bit more pressure.
All in all a good stay.

Great property excellent rooms and the beds were great
Lobby bar and Restaurants were nice and the access to the other shops and restaurants in the mall were very convenient.
I visited the expo at Citibanamex. This location was very close for this event.
I would recommend and stay here again

The property is a comfortable oasis in the middle of a very chaotic area, crowded, filthy, noisy and horrible. The hotel has the advantage to be next to a nice shopping center that has other restaurant options.

The air conditioning in the room did not work, despite the fact that I reported it and they promised to repair it.
Restaurant food not very good quality.

They didn't respected the Do Not Disturb sign while I was out of the room. They entered anyway to bring down the AC.

Service and friendliness from staff is phenomenal. Hotel is Very clean and will definitely keep coming back time after time. Have stayed here at least 6 times and never been disappointed. Also the fact that it is placed in Plaza Toreo, makes it a no brainer.

Staying at Fiesta Americana Tereo was AMAZING! Great staff and room service was excellent! Hotel is connected to the Mall and the room was very comfortable! If you are visiting Mexico City, STAY AT THIS HOTEL!

Clean hotel, helpful staff, amazing food, convenient location attached to shopping center and casino.

Overall, the hotel has a good structure and a complaisant staff, however with improvement needed at the cleaning part inside the room.
Parts of the bedroom smelled bad, as somebody (probably a sick kid) regurgitated on the sofa and carpet. Visually was not showing anything but was smelly and unpleasant.
As I stayed 2 nights, didn’t changed the room, but this I something that I definitely will take more attention before accepting a Junior Suite in the future.
