The staff was amazing. Ines and Carolina were both fantastic. They were so helpful, kind and professional. We stayed there for 2 nights and the hotel is perfectly situated. The parking is not onsite but it is very close to the hotel. (2 minutes walk) so it is very convenient and cheap. You pay 3.40 euros for 24 hours. There is also Padaria Portuguesa attached to this hotel so all the food comes from there. Its amazing and very affordable. Lastly, after leaving the property and arriving at our next destination in the Algarve, we noticed that we had forgotten 3 jackets in the closet. The staff went out of there way to send our jackets to our location in Portimao. Both Ines and Carolina were absolutely fantastic and we just want to take a moment to acknowledge their hard work and strong work ethic and amazing customer service. In summary, i would strongly recommend this hotel. The hotel is stunning on the inside as well as on the outside. The interior deco and art is just spot on. We adored this small boutique hotel. It is truly a gem in Setubal.

This is a very small hotel with 7 rooms. They are located in a convenient location in the city that is walkable to shops, restaurants, markets and the ferry terminal. A paid parking lot is outside is close by and inexpensive. Breakfast comes with the room and is provided in the panadería right next door. All rooms are up one floor from street level and there is no elevator. We were provided with a small bottle of wine and a bottle of water in our room. There is a hot pot and coffee maker, There were 2 tea bags, but no sugar or creamer. We enjoyed our one night stay and wish the owners the best.

Nice location near the old town , staff are very helpful and professional. Rooms are clean , the cafe for breakfast is basic but it’s enough for a quick grab and go . Overall a very nice stay for couple of days .
