Regardless of 3 star hotel but by the deal way of the staff, you will feel really that you are at home.

Very nicely, newly decorated, perfectly clean small hotel on the main street in Arosa, Graubunden, Switzerland. Various shops and restaurants around.
Room small, but cosy, very good quality bed, but not the pillows ; bathroom also small but very good quality, functional, with top grade towels, high pressure shower.
No TV, phone in room; no sauna/steam bath in the hotel; no car park;
The guys who manage the hotel were superb - very nice, helpful, friendly! Excellent breakfast (included in the price), they make some of the best coffee ever - cappuccino, latte, etc.
The hotel is about 10-15 min. walk to ski lifts, or you can take the shuttle bus
