PRESTIGIOUS VILLA in the heart of Dorgali with generous outdoor and indoor spaces and a wonderful view of the wild mountains surrounding the town. Developed on three levels, the ground floor consists of a living area furnished with sofas and armchairs, embellished with works of art created by local artists, a study with a double sofa bed, a first bathroom and a large terrace furnished with table and chairs; on the upper floor is the sleeping area with four bedrooms, each with air conditioning: two double bedrooms with access to a large panoramic terrace, a triple bedroom, a fourth bedroom with two single beds that can be joined, with a third bed if necessary, overlooking the panoramic terrace and a second bathroom; on the lower floor there is a large openspace with an open kitchen, dining room complete with large table for 12 people with access to another large panoramic terrace furnished with table and chairs and the third bathroom.
There is a TV, washing machine and air conditioning in all the bedrooms.
In addition to the terraces already mentioned from which one can enjoy suggestive views of the Dorgali area, the property is completed by a large garden structured on several levels; there is free parking near the house.
In the immediate vicinity are all the main services, while 7 km away is Cala Gonone with its pleasant seafront promenade and the small port from which boats depart to visit the most beautiful beaches of the Gulf of Orosei: Cala Luna, Cala Mariolu, Cala Goloritzé, to name but a few.
