I love the place and the owner Mrs Evan. She was so nice, attentive, friendly, and always ready to help with our needs. The place is very clean, quiet and it has a beautiful garden to meditate and to enjoy nature. I totally recommend it to everyone. The internet is very fast and reliable, there is a beautiful restaurant close by and all the ladies who help Mrs Evan are very friendly.
The property is close from where you can take the bus to the terminal and move from there to other places. You will enjoy the company and the place itself.

Beautiful home in convenient location. The home is very nicely decorated and the host is helpful. Our only issues were that there is no a/c unit (they have ceiling fans in the bedrooms) and the mosquitos made it uncomfortable. We only stayed one night so we unfortunately did not get to explore the grounds.

A Hidden Gem in the Countryside
I planned to spend three weeks in Grenada, so finding the right place was important to me. I called several properties because I wanted to get a sense of the staff and the environment before booking. Mrs. Drake was the only person who answered my call. After our brief conversation, I had a feeling I had found somewhere safe, welcoming, and peaceful.
When I arrived, the two-bedroom villa exceeded my expectations. It was tastefully decorated, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. I sent pictures to my friends and family back home, and they were impressed and asked how I had found such a beautiful place.
What made Clarenceville Villa truly special, however, was the property itself. The spacious grounds are surrounded by nature and filled with an incredible variety of exotic flowers. I enjoyed wandering through the property and walking down to the river.
When I did venture out to explore Grenada, I discovered that the villa was only a few miles away from the beach, restaurants, marina, and other hotels. Clarenceville Villa was also the only budget-friendly options in the area.
Judy was wonderful. Having lived in the States for much of her life, she could relate to me in a way that made me feel comfortable and welcomed. Thanks\ you to everyone for this amazing experience and I hope to return soon.
