(Copies of this information can be obtained on the HOA website.) Owners are responsible to inform and ensure VHR cleaning services only put trash from a Summit Village VHR in the dumpsters. Combining trash from VHRs outside Summit • Village is not allowed. The Owner will be fined for violations of this rule. • Inclement weather: A statement explaining that all cars must be cleared of snow within twenty-four (24) hours of the beginning of the snowstorm. All cars must be moved within twenty-four (24) hours after a snowstorm. Include a description of snow removal responsibilities, to include shoveling walkways if applicable.
