Beautiful place and confortable.
The check in process was definitely a disappointing experience to me and I lost 1 night since I tried to communicate in every way possible with the hotel with ZERO success. I tried the number Expedia shared, I tried the number THEY share, Whatsapp, email… I asked if I could arrive at 9-10pm since they say check in ends at 5pm, at 8pm… I had some car rental hiccups and could get earlier. No one replied. The reception is usually alone, and at check out they were charging me 1 night like I had no booking! I got a message from Luigi more than 24hrs after one of my messages saying they waited for me til midnight! But then they were charging me like a walk in guest. Anyway… not what I was expecting. Try their wines! Il marrugio rocks in that.

The venue is beautiful we stopped there on a road trip from Almafi coast to Tuscany. Would definitely go back and stay again.
