The house boasts 10 bedrooms, 7 of which have private bathrooms. There's an indoor pool large enough for plenty of people. The pool space also has a bar, an indoor hot tub, a heated pool (during the winter months), and twinkling lights in the ceiling, making it look like the night sky! There's a second hot tub, outside. The house has two kitchens and a very large common space, complete with a wood stove that has a space for cooking pizza and bread above it. Above the common space, on the second floor, is a 45-seat theater that is connected to streaming services and a DVD player. The surrounding property is gorgeously landscaped and includes a fire pit and enough parking for at least 30 cars. The house is located in Morrisville, VT, which is a small town in northern VT. There are lots of places to eat and several breweries, including Lost Nation and Rock Art. The house is fairly close to three great mountain resorts, Stowe, Smuggs, and Jay Peak, which provide great recreational opportunities year-round, including skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing, hiking, ziplining, and more. We are also within 4.5 miles of Lake Elmore, where you'll find a beautiful sandy beach and a great hiking trail.
