The kitchen is separate and equipped with electric hobs, dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer and vacuum hood, a laundry with washing machine and toilet completes level 1.Upstairs, 3 bedrooms, with queen beds in 160 cm, one with office and overlooking small private terrace of 8 m2. A bathroom and shower room, separate toilet.Guests can relax around the collective swimming pool of the residence at 50 m with its equipped club house (babyfoot, table tennis) and panoramic views of Collioure.
