The property was well equipped and is very central to walk to shops, bars and restaurants. Convenient paid car parking also close by. Although not manned 24 hour we did also meet with the friendly and helpful staff who also managed the other property at The Crescent

Good value in comparison to the hotel we usually stay in in Cheltenham. Good sized rooms and excellent facilities.
Only draw back is a lot of communication is via a central call centre rather than a reception.
