I love staying here! The rooms with a jacuzzi and fireplace are so cozy and nice! The outdoor hot tub is open year round. Staff is always friendly. Only complaint is I’d love a noon checkout time and I miss the upper restaurant.

We were greeted by a friendly desk manager who easily accomodated our need for a pet friendly room. We found the room very clean, spacious and comfortable. The fireplace added a very nice touch. We utilized the hot tub,also. A yummy set up for breakfast with fresh muffins and fruit. We highly recommend tĥis place!

We've stayed here twice while planning our move back to Montana. The rooms are more like suites...very comfortable, dog friendly, clean and in great condition! The staff is always friendly, the restaurant has great dinners (we've even eaten there when we originally lived in Montana). We've referred many friends to stay here as well.

The room was awesome. The big jetted tub was just what we needed on a snowy winter evening. I used Expedia to book it and wish I would have booked directly. I would have got a better deal. Still the hotel is excellent.

beautiful grounds. staff was very friendly. room was very comfortable. Only problems we had were that the fireplace (electric) was not working. It would have put out some heat, but was mainly aesthetic. So it was no big deal as there was another source of heating. And for some odd reason we could not get the TV to turn off. We finally had to unplug it. The remote worked as we could change the channels and volume control worked. It just wouldn't turn off. Other than that - I would definitely recommend this hotel. The attached restaurant, Riley's, was pretty awesome. We had a huge family gathering that basically took up the whole restaurant. They did a fantastic job of serving us and the food was good.

We love this place. Great location for exploring Woods Bay and Bigfork. The 24hr outdoor hot tub and the jacuzzi tub in the room (not all rooms) are the best! Room did seem to need a little help. The fireplace was not working unfortunately and the heating was either too hot or too cold. But we will be back.

We stayed 4 days and 3 nights and learned on the 3rd day that housekeeping doesn't service the room except every 3 days. So I guess they serviced it the DAY WE CHECKED OUT? We were out of kleenex, almost out of TP, had to go to the front desk and ask for more soap and bath towels and we had to empty our own trash. Not very impressed due to the lack of service.

The hotel is an aging beauty. It’s a great venue, has an amazing location and extremely friendly and accommodating staff. Riley’s restaurant is great! However, the hotel is showing its age and sorely needs redecorating and refurbishing. Wallpaper is peeling. Furniture is a little beat up (the bed was new and great!), and cleaning leaves a lot to be desired. The couch pillows were disgusting! The gas fireplace didn’t work. There were cobwebs behind the furniture. This “aging beauty” is a wonderful place and with some updating, care and attention could still be brought back to excellence! Until then I’ll have to stay elsewhere. I may return to enjoy the restaurant however.

The view to Flathead Lake is a terrific amenity. It would be nice if there was a trail or designated route to hike along the lake front.

* Slight sewage smell to water * TV (Spectrum) resets every 20 mins on both tvs and takes 10 minutes to start back up * Bed very uncomfortable and hard * Floors dirty * Shower floor very slippery * Cobb webs all over rooms * Very outdated * Sliding door doesn’t lock or is very tricky * No secondary curtains behind blackout curtains so had to keep them drawn at all times

This was an excellent hotel and probably one of the best we've tried. The room was large, clean, and comfortable. The property was incredibly quiet and I don't think I've ever slept so well away from home. The view of Flathead Lake was very nice and the pool overlooked it. The hot tubs were vital after hiking in the area and at Glacier. The restaurant was also very nice. There was a good selection of dishes, portions were large, prices were fair, and the service was great! When we come back, this will be our first choice for lodging.

We rented room with a view of the lake but got a room with view of a very noisy hot tub. People had loud conversation until past 11 pm. We had to keep our sliding door closed. There was just a glimpse of the lake. Room had rather dated furniture and didn't feel very comfortable.

Terrible, awful place. Multiple room changes secondary to the batteries on the doors not allowing entry with no one available to change them. Given a room COVERED in animal hair and a floor so dirty it made our feet black within minutes. Loud unruly guets which staff was unwilling to confront so we did. Unable to sleep because of the noise. Don’t waste your money here at “the highest rated resort on the lake”.

Coffee Maker in guest room did not work. Had to wait until 0730 AM for lobby access to get coffee. This occurred 2 days in a row. Pool area was nice. Staff were friendly.

Room was nicely done. I would rate higher but unstaffed after 9 PM. At 11 a pick-up load of young adults (teens??) used the parking for a party with the doors opened and music blaring. We could hear it from about 20-30 yards and inside the accomodations. Resturaunt/bar was closed the night we were there. We had an "lake view" room, which meant you could see a sliver of the lake if you set in the corner of the balcony.
