The room had blown air heater. It was deafening. Woke we up every 20 minutes all night. Tried to turn it off but the power button was disabled.

The worst place ive ever stayed in my life. Way over priced. Beds are terrible. And bathrooms are dirty. Would not recommend to anyone!

The toilet pan was heavily cracked and the crack was housing germs. The decor and general condition of the room was dated.
The hotel policy was not to clean my room everyday or make the beds everyday. This alone would rate this establishment as zero stars.

Noisy someone vacuum the hallway at 10:30 pm when people trying to sleep and mattress worn out big dip in the mattress unexceptable

The hotel is very dated. Bathroom was relatively clean but fixtures, especially the tub, were not nice. Pillows and mattresses left a lot to be desired. Drapery did not fit window properly, just curtains on a rod, very cheap like they came from a dollar store. No blinds. We were on the first floor with cars parked right in front of our window so privacy was very much lacking.

Our room was absolutely disgusting! The bathroom toilet was used and not flushed (not pee by the way!) the shower was full of hair and water stains! The beds were full of human and pet hairs!! We found dried up food and used ear plugs on the floors and under the beds! There were guests staying on the same floor with music playing loudly til 1 in the morning and running up and down the halls in front of our room laughing and talking loudly! We had to call the front desk multiple times to complain of the noise! They said quiet time was at 11 so security would be up to check! We laid in bed for 2.5 hours unable to sleep before the music stopped!! Worst stay we had ever encountered!! Would not recommend and would never stay there again!!

Not much to choose from in terms of hotels in Grand Falls - the Mount Peyton was a nice hotel years ago but now it is really run down and not the cleanest. Don't expect that everything in your room is going to work either. Poor selection of TV channels. I requested a motel room but none were readily available/clean even though it was well after check in time.

Very old, musty hallways, old bathrooms with loose toilet and terrible looking shower.
Just a very old style facility in bad need of many upgrades or just a complete tear down and new building put up.

The hotel was dirty, smelled terrible. There were no fitted sheets on the beds, the bathroom looked too gross to wash in with red mould all around the tub. There were holes in the wall. The curtains were put up incorrectly on a rod not meant for those type of curtains. Lastly the air conditioning did not work. Will never stay again.

Welcome to the 70's. Lobby best part. Rusty tub, bathroom door painted too many times to close. Needs Reno or wrecking ball. Good deal at $89

Great stop on the way West. Initial TV issues were mostly resolved and our not being aware the reataurant was booked for a private event was frustrating. The bar staff was very helpful with a resolution, so we would stay again.

I seldom submit poor reviews but we were very disappointed with this hotel . The noise was unbearable with children running up and down the corridors banging on doors . We could clearly hear the TV and the conversation from the adjacent rooms . We called the front desk and complained but the noise continued till 2:30 AM
