Welcome to our Tropical Guesthouse. This spacious and comfortable guesthouse is perfect for families or groups of up to 5-6 people, with plenty of room to relax and enjoy your stay. The guesthouse is situated on a beautiful 700 square metre block, surrounded by lush tropical gardens and featuring a refreshing pool and BBQ area. Whether you want to take a dip in the pool or fire up the BBQ for a family cookout, this guesthouse has everything you need to enjoy your time in Darwin.
Inside the guesthouse, you'll find comfortable and tastefully decorated living spaces, complete with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The bedrooms are cozy and inviting, with comfortable beds and plenty of storage space for your belongings. There's also a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and lounge room with a large screen TV and entertainment system
This property has a separate guesthouse (granny flat) that is separately occupied by a permanent resident. They have their own entrance and do not use any ammenities! So rest assured you will have your own privacy.

This is the most perfectly located property. The process to access the property is easy and great. The communication with the owners are fantastic and easy. The property is 20 minutes away from the airport which there is never any traffic and so close to all tourist attractions.The shops, pubs, restaurants and shopping centres are all close by.There is a pharmacy and coles and safeway and IGA around the corner along with a great cafe and pizza shop. Let me just say when we arrived at the property we loved it the inground pool that is saltwater is like it is heated and so well looked after and so is the property i do not know the owners but please dont bother booking a crap hotel or another house on the water front as this is better the rooms all had queensize beds in all 3 rooms i believe and air-conditioning in all bedrooms as well as ceiling fans and a air-conditioning in the family room. There is a great BBQ are with outdoor seating that can be sealed off by pull down fly wire like curtains that you pull down and has 2 ceiling fans and at night no mosquitoes or flies while having a Barby is great while watching everyone enjoy the fenced off in ground heated water saltwater pool which cleans itself all night. I would recommend this a 10 out of 10 and we will be going back for sure thanks guys.

Great location close to everything you need. Quiet location. House has everything you need and more. Great for 2 couples and kids as your not living on top of each other. Owners are very accommodating and responsive if you need anything. We had a fantastic time and would do it again.

Property was well laid out but let down by uncomfortable mattresses in rooms 2 & 3 when advertised that property caters for adults...strongly suggest upgrade to beds.
Not generous with toilet paper as only rolls available were part used on holders and no washing detergent in laundry supplied even to do a first wash. Glass shower door in main unit was faulty and needs repairing as water leaks onto floor. Pool fence needs repairs as doesn't meet safety standard. Door handles/locks were loose and needs attention. Dishwasher not functioning??
Enjoyed outdoor area, pool and covered carport.
Situated in good suburb, IGA supermarket close by.
