Comfortable room with the usual brand facilities. Disappointed when tried dinner only 20% of menu being available

The location is close to a grocery store and shops. Room was clean and tidy and wifi worked just fine. The only drawback for me was how much they charged me for a late checkout but maybe it is just my lack of familiarity with hotels in Chile. In the USA that would have been a lot more affordable.
