If the booking is more than 4 adults, then additional guest will be charged $25 per guest, up to 6. For both short and long stay: - please wash the dishes, hotplates, microwave oven and oven if used. - If the trash is full during your stay, the dumpster is on the opposite side of the road. Please take out the trash right away. Do no leave them full for long. - Do not walk on the rug with shoes. - Close all blinds and curtains before checking out. - While occupying the spaces, turn off the lights and appliances when not in use - Please adhere to quiet between 9pm and 8 am.
