We had an excellent experience in the hotel despite my husband had a bad high altitude sickness. The staff were very helpful, the breakfast was amazing, and the room was very clean and comfortable.

We took a 10 day trip to Yunnan and stayed at the Hilton and Grand Hyatt in the cities we visited and this hotel was the most hospitable to its guests. The owners really thought of everything and were extremely helpful in every way. Would highly recommend.

I had such a wonderful stay here. The breakfast served every morning was absolutely delicious, and the owner and every member of the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming throughout my stay.
What impressed me most was how thoughtful and attentive everyone was. I genuinely felt that they cared about making sure I was comfortable, and on my last day, they even drove me to the airport. The room itself was also beautiful, comfortable, and a pleasure to stay in.
And of course, I have to mention their amazing 14-year-old husky — such a beautiful and charming dog!
If I ever come back to Shangri-La, I would absolutely stay here again without hesitation. One of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Highly recommended!
