Boasting partial Gulf views and just steps from the beach, this spacious three-bedroom condo comes equipped with all the comforts of home with features including a full kitchen, gas grill, balcony, and a private washer and dryer. Located just across the street from the beach, you'll be a quick stroll from pristine white-sand beaches and within easy reach of many of the area restaurants. An umbrella and two chairs are provided for beach-going convenience. A collection of classic board games offer rainy day entertainment. Added perks include central air-conditioning and complimentary high-speed WiFi. With Manatee, Cortez, and Anna Maria Beach all within two miles of home, it's easy to switch things up and see a new side to the ocean. Sample fresh, local seafood with a creative flare at The Ugly Grouper or try something savory at Smoqehouse, both a short drive from home. If you just can't stay away from the water, take a tour with Cortez Watersports! The local area has a free shuttle Trolly to visit all three beaches easily. THINGS TO KNOW Stairs are required to access this home. We will not be accepting payments for pool heat for the months of May through October. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 3. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. The property was nice and extremely close to the beach — which was a huge plus. However, upon checking into the property we find out that the A/C is not working. The owner was very responsive and helped us out with a portable cooling unit, which was nice but only brought the temperature down from 92 degrees to 90 degrees. It wasn’t until the following afternoon that the A/C was repaired. The owner told us that we would be compensated for this, although nothing ever came of it. In all, it was a nice place. But due to the lack of upkeep and responsibility of management, I recommend finding somewhere else to stay.

Location of this house is absolutely perfect! Literally across the street from the beach. Accommodated 7 of easily. So close to everything we wanted to do and was a super cute place!
