Hot Tub, Fire Pit, Central Air, Front & Rear Deck, and a Fenced In Yard for Privacy and Safety. The home is located in the Award Winning, Gated, Arrowhead Lake Community in Pocono Lake PA. In this perfect spot for a group of up to 6 guests, you will have access to lakes, a community clubhouse with a gym, pool tables, and tennis and basketball courts. Enjoy fall foliage, hiking, shopping, and relaxing. We are also within a 25-35 min drive to Camelback, The Crossings Outlets, Kalahari, Jack Frost, Pocono Raceway, and Mt. AiryCasino The space: Our home features an amazing Hot Tub to relax after a long day in the community and slopes. Every bedroom has a smart TV. The home has an empty lot on each side so you have full privacy during your stay. Also, there is no home behind ours. You have total privacy. The home also is equipped with a Generator. Our home can run up to 7 days should any issue arise with power during your stay. Don't risk a power outage during your vacation. Look for homes with a Generator! BACKYARD: Completely fenced-in backyard for the ultimate Privacy and Safety for your relaxing stay in the Poconos. (We are the ONLY home in Arrowhead with a Privacy Fence.) The Fire Pit is surrounded by 6 Adirondack Chairs, and we have all the firewood you would need. Build a fire & enjoy some S’mores! We have an outdoor table to enjoy eating with a large umbrella to block any sun. We have a brand-new grill with a propane tank. HOT TUB: YEAR-ROUND. We have a brand new beautiful Hot Tub for your enjoyment. The Hot Tub is operational throughout the Winter! We bought the best of the best in Hot Tubs so that you can enjoy it all year long. LIVING SPACE: Fully renovated home. Central Heating & Air Conditioning, an electric fireplace that gives off heat, and a 65’ Smart TV in the family room. EAT-IN KITCHEN: Newly renovated, new appliances, Keurig coffee maker and pods, drip coffee maker, and dishwasher. BEDROOMS: 1 Queen Size, 2 Twins, and bunk bed with a Twin Size and Full-Size Mattress. Each room has a Smart TV. FRONT OF THE HOUSE: Large deck with Adirondack Chairs and Sofa. This spot is perfect for your morning coffee as the sun begins to rise from the back of the house. Or just enjoy a quiet spot to relax. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house except the Owner's pantry in the bunk bed bedroom. That will remain locked so please do not attempt to open them. We are a short drive from the lake and beaches, 3 pools, and a clubhouse. You will need to wear the temp. wristbands when accessing the amenities. **We provide starter supplies. You may need to bring more depending on the size of your group and the length of your visit.** - 1 set of sheets, pillows, and comforter per room - 1 towel per person - 1 roll of paper towels - 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom - Shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner in each bathroom - 4 trash bags - Dish soap - Kitchen tools: pots, pans, baking sheet etc. - Keurig coffee maker, coffee, tea - High speed Wifi Other things to note: MANDATORY ARROWHEAD LAKE COMMUNITY HOME OWNER ASSOCIATION FEES: Your Arrowhead Fees are $55 and that is added to the reservation through the booking platform. All other fees are paid by the Owner. PLEASE NOTE: The $55 includes 1 gate key for 1 car. If you have an additional car, it's $20 per car. You do not need to tell me about that at this moment. That is the info I can collect later. Before your stay, I will send you a form to fill out that will need your name, car registration details, etc, etc to submit to the Association. ***Arrowhead Lake Amenities*** -4 Beaches & 2 Lakes -Clubhouse with fitness room, game room with pool tables and tons of activities great for kids -Tennis, pickle-ball, and basketball courts -Playgrounds (closest one is 5-min walk from the house) -Game room in welcome center Pools open on the weekends starting Memorial Day Weekend and open daily the third week of June. The pools close for the season on Labor Day. Arrowhead Lake Association Community is a residential community. ** Community Rules ** - Noise - Disturbing the peace is prohibited. Quiet hours start Sunday - Thursday at 9 p.m. and 10 p.m. on Friday and Saturday. - Speed Limit - The speed limit in the community is 25 mph unless otherwise posted. - Membership Identification - Anyone 12 & up must wear a wristband when using any ALCA facility, amenity, and attending events. - Fire pit has to be off before midnight.

My girl friends and I stayed here over the weekend and it was perfect! Walking the area, we discovered this place seems to be the ONLY home with a privacy fence and a beautiful backyard. We enjoyed the hot tub, tried to make a fire in the fire pit, and relaxed in the home on comfortable sofas and beds. This place is the absolute best and we will love to rent it again. The owner is so easy and helpful as well! The only thing we thought the house could use was a coat rack or hooks to hang our coats, otherwise, it had everything we needed. You wouldn’t be disappointed with this rental.

Very modern property with upgraded everything. Kitchen, bedrooms, fireplace and a huge TV to watch the game. Beds we’re comfortable and we loved the hot-tub after we worked out at the gym. Would definitely recommend. Again emphasis on the amazing HOTTUB

We celebrated our one year anniversary at this little hideaway. We relaxed in the hottub and watched movies by the fireplace. It was a cozy and romantic getaway. The bed was very comfy and the place was nicely decorated and clean ❤️

Our family (2 adults & 3 young kids) stayed here and it was a great experience! The house was clean and plenty enough space for us. The community was nice and seems like it offers a lot of things to do. However, we spent most of our time out and about. We would definitely stay again.

This property worked out great for us. We were a group of five girlfriends looking to hang out for a weekend. This met all of our needs! Lots of beds. Great kitchen. Hot tub was fantastic. Great decks in both front and back. We loved the privacy of a fenced in yard. Everything was new and very clean! We would definitely come back! No complaints at all!
