This modern vacation apartment, which sleeps up to 3 people, is located on the 1st floor of Haus Horizont 1—right on the beach promenade. The glass-enclosed balcony offers an unobstructed view of the North Sea and the island of Neuwerk—a true prime spot by the sea. The beach, the Wadden Sea, Wernerwald, restaurants, and shops are all within walking distance. One dog is welcome.
The apartment features a separate bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed in the living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, and coffee maker. Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, underfloor heating, and a new, modern shower room ensure your comfort.
A parking space (No. 13) is located directly next to the building. The building features a newly renovated sauna with a relaxation room (for a fee). An elevator is available; please note that, depending on the apartment’s location on the floor, there may be a few steps to climb.
Ideal for relaxing days by the North Sea—quiet, close to the beach, with a direct view of the sea.

Sehr schöne und sehr saubere Wohnung. Selbst mitzubringen sind Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Geschirrtücher, Spülmaschinentabs, Müllbeutel und Toilettenpapier.
