Perfect, super-quiet hotel near Quito airport. We love this luxurious hotel, attentive staff, and amazing breakfast (the restaurant is great for dinner, as well). Wouldn't stay anywhere else when coming into or flying out of Quito.

Modern hotel with convenient shuttle to the airport. Really appreciated the upgrade to the business suite after a long week of hiking. The whole room was very clean & comfortable.. but especially loved the shower & the bed! Customer service was excellent. Left too early to enjoy breakfast, but we were grateful for the coffee machine that was in the lobby. :) Thanks again for a wonderful night!!

Love staying atEB hotel every time I have a lay over in Quito. All of the staff is so polite, rooms are big, clean, confortable beds and quiet. Morning breakfast is excellent and love that they pick and drop me off at the airport! Highly recommend!

We stayed in EB for two nights. It was a very comfortable stay after rough flight to Ecuador. The staff are polite and helpful. They proactively response to customers' needs which leave a good impression to Ecuador tourism.

The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was very good. The people are exceptional. My only critique is that the 1-800 number on their website didn't work. Their WhatsApp number can be found on their Facebook.

The EB hotel was the perfect respite for us as we transited through Quito, first to visit the Amazon to the east and then again as we transited to visit the Galapagos. The airport shuttle was perfect. The staff were all super helpful. The restaurant and breakfast had a wide variety of delicious and healthy food. (Special shout out to our waitress Lola.) The swimming pool was great for our kids. The rooms were spacious, luxurious, and clean.

Better than its large chair neighbors. Great food, awesome Service and beautifully appointed suite. Excellent room Service too at no extra charge. You can have the pool all to yourself. Will be My home away from home in Quito from now on.

Outstanding. Man I wish all my stays in Ecuador were at this level. This hotel is very clean, comfortable and has everything you might need. I also loved the fact that they had a little spread of food for those who leave early and can’t stay for breakfast. I truly appreciated that as breakfast is very important to me. Lol

My wife and I stayed at the EB hotel twice on our trip to the Galapagos. Our first night was after a long day of flying from Los Angeles to Miami and then Quito. Our room was perfect. The bed was very comfortable, the room was very quiet and the showers were great. The included buffet breakfast was nice but we are vegan and the chef pulled together some special items for us. Delicious! They then had the shuttle ready to take us to the airport for the flight to the Galapagos Islands. We then stayed at the hotel about two weeks later for a night to recover from all of the activities in the Galapagos Islands. It was a perfect place to relax before out long trip home the next day. Again the room was very nice but we were missing some towels and the bathrobes that we had the last visit. We call the front desk and they were brought up within 5 minutes! Fast response. This visit we had dinner as well as breakfast at the hotel. Because of our diet the chef had to come up with a different dinner. We had a great vegan pizza with all sorts of veggies and a huge salad. Both were perfect as were the martini's we had. Big thanks to Lola, Angie, and Euiji for there service.

Def a 5 star property. Everything exceeded expectations. Would recommend and stay again if ever in quito, even if I wanted to spend time downtown, Uber is cheap. Stay here.

Reservation easy. Arrived from Galapagos very tired, needed transport to airport by 3 next morning. Accommodations beautiful, comfortable and the attention to our needs impressive. After a wonderful meal in the Eb restaurant, we retired early and our confidence in arrangements was rewarded with gracious and efficient service.

5 minutes away from the airport. Excellent accommodations. Modern, high end construction. Great bed, comfortable desk and quiet. Good restaurant and excellent staff. Can't give it a 5 star because internet was on the slow side. Other than that is a no-brainer for future stays.
