Hotel area is very silence. And nature is very nice. Owner of hotel Matteo is very friendly, helpful and kind person. Breakfast range is not big but very delicious.
It can be better to rent a car if you stay.

Even though their last check-in allowance was 9 pm, the host kindly waited for another half an hour for our safe check-in.

Old schoolhouse from the first World War and converted to a B&B. Traveling family with 4 children. Great location outside the busy center of Bologna and in close proximity for tourist visits. Friendly and professional staff, quiet, gated parking inside, fast wifi, small kitchenette in larger room, connecting rooms for a larger family, beautiful views of the countryside and several eating options within a 15-minute walk or quick drive into neighboring small towns. Highly recommend as an affordable place to stay within close distance to Bologna, Ravenna, Ferrara.
