The kitchen is also fully equipped with a full size fridge/freezer, range/oven, microwave, and all essential cookware. Plus, satisfy your coffee cravings with a French press, pour over and drip pot setup - with ground coffee provided! House Layout: The main floor features the living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, three bedrooms with Queen beds and two bathrooms (one en-suite and one full bathroom). The second floor features the king bed bedroom and renovated en-suite. You'll find the floor plan listed in the photos! Location: You're just blocks away from some of the best eateries in ABQ so you can venture out easily to enjoy all the tasty New Mexican cuisine and beverages your heart desires. Our stay was not for vacation but for a memorial. It was a nice quiet stay centrally located 10 min from the airport and less than 10 min to old town. The house was equipped with everything you need. Had games and toys for our grand daughter also. Updated large kitchen with all new appliances. Nice safe backyard and after dark ambiance.

We loved the house, backyard, and the neighborhood location. The house has character, but has also been updated and provides modern amenities like an updated kitchen and a great outdoor patio with a fireplace and pergola. The gated parking in the back is nice for peace of mind, but I should note the neighborhood is very clean and safe. ABQ is really a driving city, but even so many areas like Old Town or the University are very close by. Even a winding drive up to watch the sunset from the top of the Sandias is only 40 minutes away. We would definitely stay here again.

The home is as described in the listing. 4 bedroom 3 bath home. Living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room. All in good condition! I brought down 6 of my employees for a conference and stayed at the home. We cooked at the home breakfast and dinner each day. Grocery stores are within a 5 minute drive. The kitchen was well accommodated with most kitchen supplies. I let the property manager know that they need a large skillet and barbeque cooking utensils for the barbeque. Everything else was provided with nice linens on the beds and nice towels in the bathrooms! Oh, and it was especially nice to be able to park our cars off the street behind a closed in fence area! I would stay there again!

We had a great quick stay on our way to Colorado. Wonderful location near many eateries in walkable distance and convenient to hop on freeway to go to tourist destinations for our short stay. Quiet street and friendly neighbors. The home was so beautiful with original architecture balanced with trendy high end finishes. Rooms were spaced nicely for our family to retire and relax. Loved the converted attic space. Huge bedroom with full bath - plus the kids enjoyed the stairs leading to the room. The outdoor patio was so inviting. It was a beautiful NM evening to sit and enjoy the breeze while the kids played corn hole. The morning was just as pleasant - crisp morning to go out and sit under the pergola with coffee as we planned our day. The most amazing bonus was the gated driveway to park our vehicle! I loved the street names that were kept for preservation in the front yard - very cool. Also, loved the old Rosemary bushes in the front. Our stay at Walter Main made wonderful vacation memories for our family.

This home is different from your run-of-the-mill VRBO! I was in town for a somber occasion, and after speaking with the owners about my unique situation, they did not hesitate to accommodate my needs. The property is very well maintained, has ample supplies (TP, soap, etc.), and is very comfortable. The next time I'm in town, this is the property I hope to book.

What a nice place! We had arranged to stay somewhere else that didn’t work out and the owners could not have been more kind and understanding about our situation. We were able to reserve this lovely house last minute which was greatly appreciated.
