This house was adequate for our stay. We had 12 people and it was too small for a group that size. It felt much smaller than the pictures represented on VRBO. The house was average. It was clean. The smell of Febreze? was overwhelming upon our arrival and made the first night of sleep difficult. It went away after a day or two. Overall our experience here was fine. It seemed very expensive once all of the additional fees were factored in.

We had a great time staying here. The backyard is attached to a big nice park with tennis courts!!! Loved our stay!!!!!

There were dead bugs and spiders inside and outside. Kitchen wasn't set up to cook and no propane for grill. The neighborhood ended up being ok but the house across the street that had bars on the doors and windows made you feel uncomfortable. Not the neighborhood we were expecting. I don't like to complain but when you spend the kind of money this renal cost it certainly wasn't worth the money.

This house worked perfect for my friends and I. It was just like the pictures and everything was great. Nice house!! Would definitely recommend it!!

The house was as advertised. Pictures are a true depiction of property. Plenty of driveway parking for 3 cars/pickups. Quiet neighborhood. Very nice park just outside the backyard. There is a gas grill and it had a full propane tank! Yard is fully fenced in so safe for kids and pets. I would stay here again.

The house is close to golden and downtown Denver. we were able to easily find the home and it was great for our little weekend vacation.

This was a cute home to stay in for the weekend. I would give it 4.75 stars. A minus .25 only because I couldn’t find shampoo, soap, sugar or salt. Other than that it was a great stay.

Not only was the house beautiful, which it was. When we needed help with the heater, they came right over, showed us how to use it. Awesome stay.
