About this house rental

Situated in Ohio City, this attractive house for $322 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Are you looking for a family friendly short-term rental that can keep the kids entertained for hours? How about a spacious home base for the perfect downtown bachelor/bachelorette party? Or maybe just a weekend getaway spot for you and your friends with enough entertainment that you forget to go out, and enough sleeping arrangements to fit an NFL team roster (well maybe not that much). As hard as it may be to believe, all of those things and so much more can be found at The Westside Warehouse, Cleveland’s newest luxury VRBO. This gorgeous 1924 brick building has been many things in it’s almost century of existence; a storage facility, a tortilla factory, an antique shop, a residential home, and now an VRBO that blends comfort, fun and convenience. Surrounded by a plethora of beautiful single-family homes in the historic Detroit Shoreway, you find yourself in front of a massive 4800 square foot building, with large picturesque windows in the front, and a lovely patio garden. The driveway is long and between the garage, carport and driveway, 6+ cars can comfortably park (not to mention street parking availability). As you enter the back door, you are greeted by a stairway that will lead you to the kitchen, the dining area, living room, master bedroom and billiards lounge. The first floor includes a bunk room, which sleeps 6 comfortably, and is perfect for the kids, or for those guests that don’t want to share a bed with others. This bedroom connects to another king bedroom; even though the master bedroom is technically upstairs, we like to call this the “assistant to the regional '' master bedroom. With a king bed, a bathroom, mini fridge, fold out couch and its own entrance from the outside, this bedroom is so spacious you could forget that you aren’t in your own separate VRBO. The game room, also on the first floor, was created with one question in mind: “how can we let you inner child run wild.” With three different arcade games, basketball pop shot, candy vending machine, game system and an entire wall of NERF guns, 400 NERF darts and 4800 sqft to battle, it can keep large groups entertained for hours. The game room also offers another fold out couch and a massive bean bag chair that converts into a mattress, because who wouldn’t want to sleep there! Connecting to the game room is another king sized bedroom with outside access directly to the front patio garden and once again… a ton of space! As you walk from one side of the game room to the other, you have two additional doors, one leading to a full bathroom, and the other… to a third bedroom. As we travel to the second floor, we enter a large room perfect for entertaining; to the right is the large kitchen with heated floors, gas range and everything you need to cook a 5-course meal short of the food. To the left is the dining area, as well as the large living room and billiards lounge. The living room boasts a large 4-piece sectional, and off to the side is the billiards lounge equipped with a bar, mini fridge, 8 foot newly felted table, and 11 sticks so everyone can play. The master bedroom is also on the second floor, with a king bed set, 65-inch TV, and private access to the deck with a sitting area outside the door perfect for morning coffee. The master bathroom is a gorgeous newly tiled spacious room with a large shower, two sinks, and a private commode. Off to the side of the bathroom is a closet so large you may need to pick your jaw off the floor. Finally, on the second floor you have the deck. Despite being on the second floor, a bamboo wall blocks neighbors from being able to see in, offering privacy in a busy neighborhood. The deck has four Adirondack chairs around a fire table, a dining room style table that seats 8, two sunbathing chairs, a sitting area off to the side, and a life-sized custom-made chessboard. This is the perfect place to entertain, and with the warehouse being only a short walk to Cleveland Classics such as Happy Dog, Blue Habenero and Brewnuts, The Westside Warehouse is the perfect stay for a large crowd that does not want to sacrifice comfort or style when finding an VRBO that fits 16+. We were little concerned when we entered to the neighborhood, but all gone after we checked in. The place is very beautiful and safe for all age groups. Kitchen had pretty much everything you looking for..dont think we even used any of our kitchenette that we took from home. And the kids game room filled with toys, arcades, aracade basket ball, wii with games, mini golf etc. Beautiful bar with pretty much all accessories...with pool table next to it and a bluetooth speaker, which took it to next level. Plenty space in all closets. Super clean bedrooms and bathrooms with plenty linens and pillows. I dont see anywhere they used any cheap stuffs...very well planned and built. We stayed 3 nights with 30 people. And we parked all our 7 cars on the property. So, with confident, book this place, you wont disappoint. Already missing this place...if we ever back in cleveland area, without any doubts, we booking this place. Thank you :-)

we were playing the grand resort in warren on friday/saturday, and we booked one round near cleveland on thursday (we are all mostly from michigan). this was our first time doing a trip in ohio and it went really well. The two vrbo rentals we got, including this one, were amazing. Huge rooms, plenty of beds, more entertainment options than you need. The porch was fun to sit on, the kitchen was huge...no one felt crowded and we had 16 adults stay the night there. cant say enough good things about this rental/renter!!
