Now accepting reservations for the 2027 season! Please carefully check the Cooperstown Dreams Park 2027 tournament schedule and align your check in and check out dates. We do adhere to their 6 day rotation schedule so unfortunately will decline requests that do not follow that schedule. I’ve posted tournament dates below for reference!

This was the perfect place for us to stay while in town for the Cooperstown baseball tournament. The house is so charming and the property is stunning. We enjoyed fishing, playing wiffle ball and using the fire pit. It's a short, easy drive to the park. Caitlin was a great hostess. We would definitely stay here again!

Cannot say enough about LOCATION and the peacefulness of our stay. We had a wondeful time just relaxing and being together, while being in close proximity to many shops/restaurants/groceries! Thank you, truly a magical home!

We were so sad to leave this amazing property. We loved our stay. The kids fell in love with the pond and fished for hours when we weren’t at Dreams Park (short drive). The house had everything we could have hoped for and more from fishing rods, to lawn games and even an outdoor hang out area where we hosted a team party. Thank you for making our stay so special!
