Located in Mystic, this charming house for $595 per night is a great option for your next trip. UPDATED PICTURES COMING SOON! Renovated kitchen and added bathroom downstairs for a secondary primary suite! This beautiful furnished 3,000 sq. ft. home includes everything you will need to enjoy a great vacation in Downtown Mystic, including central air conditioning for summer months. Just bring your toothbrush! We are located within a 10 minute walk to Downtown Mystic and Seaport. This private home also includes a 2 car garage with a Tesla charger for EV vehicles, tv, stereo, bar and Wi-Fi Internet, with French glass doors that open to a beautiful landscape back yard with pergola and fire pit. You will enjoy 3 floors of living space that offers an open floor plan with central air conditioning. The first floor has a newly updated and fully equipped granite/stainless steel kitchen which open to a dining & family room area with a queen-size pull out sofa bed, flat screen tv & stereo system. Along with a half bath and laundry room, there is a separate formal sitting room. Porches adorn the front with rocking chairs, and back porch with table and chairs and propane gas grill for barbecuing, and an outdoor gazebo patio area with seating for Al Fresco dining and fire pit! The 2nd floor consists of a primary bedroom with full bath, plush king size bed and flat screen tv. There are two additional bedrooms on this floor with queen size beds and another full bath. The lower level walk out consist of another bedroom with a King size bed, large family room with TV, bar, and a newly renovated full bathroom with dual vanities. This can serve as a secondary primary suite. If luxury and comfort with all the modern conveniences and close proximity to downtown Mystic is what you’re looking for, it's all right here and we look forward to having you stay! The house is really lovely; the owners have gone above and beyond to outfit it with everything you might need. The spaces are clean, decorated nicely, and are just comfortable to be in - it's a pleasure to spend time there. Also in a great location - close proximity to Mystic attractions.

House was meticulously clean, beautifully decorated and everyone was very comfortable in their beds. Loved the location, close to everything we needed! It was a great place to spend time with our son that’s at CGA as well as my father who flew in from TN to stay with us. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again!

The beds were super comfy and the linens… oh the linens! I have to go out and buy this brand because I liked them so much! Instructions in the house were very clear - no issues. it was not a cheap stay, but as they say - you get what you pay for. This property was well stocked and had very nice accommodations. Would definitely stay here again if I found myself in the area.

We were there for a family wedding. It was an exceptional home. The indoor space was beautiful and the outdoor space was also so well done. The 3 floors let you spread out but the gathering areas allow you to have space to share time together. And it was nice to walk to downtown Mystic shops and restaurants.

We stayed at this beautifully decorated and clean property for a long weekend to attend a wedding in July in Mystic.
The location was ideal to walk downtown to restaurants and shops and even to the church for the wedding. The kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed. We also enjoyed relaxing in the quiet and comfy back yard that has cute areas
For morning coffee or a meal outdoors.
We were amazed and delighted with the comfort, beauty and thoughtful details throughout this property. The neighborhood is quiet despite being close to town. This is a real gem.

We loved our short three night stay at this lovely home in Mystic! What a beautiful, clean and well maintained home. We took our children to the Mystic Aquarium, Drawbridge Icecream, the playground and walking up and down the main street and into the various shops. Everything was so walkable from this great location. The house itself was just like how it came across on the VRBO listing- clean, well appointed, very comfortable sleeping arrangements, beautiful yard and deck spaces and clear directions. The owners left us two bottles of wine as well as a memorable engraved wine glass. What a fabulous getaway we had, we definitely plan to return.

What a perfect place to stay! We could walk to everything—dinner, shops, the seaport museum. The house was clean and bright and tastefully decorated. Emily gave us fantastic recommendations (we visited Sift more than once!), and was so friendly & responsive. We had a lovely time, and will definitely stay here again!

Stayed here during Parents Weekend at US Coast Guard Academy. Perfect location for access to Mystic and short drive to Academy. Home was spotless and had all the amenities we needed. This is our last year, just wished we had found it sooner.

The home and location couldn't be more perfect! Everything you need is there and the beds are very comfortable. You can even walk to downtown Mystic in minutes. Cannot wait to rent again from Emily who is lovely to with with .. Couldn't be nicer!

We have stayed at many VRBO’s. This was the cleanest and friendliest house. Well stocked, comfortable and a great location to downtown Mystic. Mark was wonderful at communication. The house was perfect for us and our children to be near our family for a reunion and our wedding. Simply fabulous! We highly recommend Mark and Katy. We will rent again.

The home was beautiful and well equipped with toiletries, kitchen appliances, and in a wonderful location. Communication was extremely easy and Katy & Mark were very easy to be in touch with. Upon arrival the home was perfectly clean, the Central Air was running to keep the house nice and cool during this heat wave, and a quick walk through and explanation of house "rules" was greatly appreciated.
I would absolutely book here again, and enjoyed the memories we made during our weekend getaway!

Beautiful house, perfect for a wonderful Fourth of July weekend in Mystic. The house was pristine and Mark was an incredible host. Close enough to walk to town in 5 minutes but far enough away from any commotion or noise. All of the beds were super comfortable. All amenities were taken care of. 100% recommend staying here!

Beautiful property in a perfect location very close to the Mystic town centre, the Mystic Seaport and a number of very good restaurants. The property was in lovely condition and had everything you could need for your stay, including linen , towels, bathroom necessities, kitchen tools and a full range of spices etc. The property is really well furnished and has a lovely garden. We really enjoyed our stay and I have no hesitation in recommending it.

This property was perfect and spacious. They thought of everything that might be needed was available, and the communication was great. We had a wedding in Stonington, so I really appreciated being on the East side of the bridge. The location was easy access to everything we needed. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
